Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 구성 요소로서, [A] 에폭시 수지, [B] 아민계 경화제 및 [C] 블록 공중합체를 포함하는 에폭시 수지 조성물로서, [A] 에폭시 수지가 하기 [Aa] 및 [Ab]를 포함하고, [C] 블록 공중합체가 하기의 블록 공중합체인 에폭시 수지 조성물:
[Aa] 축합다환 골격, 비페닐 골격 및 옥사졸리돈환의 골격으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 골격을 갖는 에폭시 수지;
[Ab] [Ab1] 다관능 아민형 에폭시 수지 및 [Ab2] 액상 비스페놀형 에폭시 수지로부터 선택된 에폭시 수지;
[C] S-B-M, B-M 및 M-B-M으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 블록 공중합체;
여기서, 상기 각 블록은 공유 결합에 의해서 연결되거나, 또는 한쪽의 블록에 하나의 공유 결합을 통해 결합되고 다른쪽의 블록에 다른 공유 결합을 통해 결합된 중간 분자에 의해서 연결되어 있고, 블록 M은 폴리메타크릴산메틸의 단독 중합체 또는 메타크릴산메틸을 적어도 50 중량% 포함하는 공중합체로 이루어지는 블록이고, 블록 B는 블록 M에 비상용이며, 그의 유리 전이 온도가 20℃ 이하인 블록이고, 블록 S는 블록 B 및 M에 비상용이며, 그의 유리 전이 온도가 블록 B의 유리 전이 온도보다도 높은 블록이다. - 제1항에 있어서, 구성 요소 [Aa]에 있어서, 축합다환 골격이 나프탈렌 골격, 플루오렌 골격 및 디시클로펜타디엔 골격으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 골격이고, 구성 요소 [B]가 디아미노디페닐술폰인 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 구성 요소 [Aa]가 옥사졸리돈환의 골격 또는 나프탈렌 골격을 갖는 에폭시 수지인 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 구성 요소 [A]가 구성 요소 [A] 100 질량% 중에 구성 요소 [Aa] 80 내지 30 질량%, 구성 요소 [Ab1] 20 내지 70 질량%를 포함하고 있고, 구성 요소 [C]가 구성 요소 [A] 100 질량부에 대하여 1 내지 10 질량부 포함되어 있는 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 구성 요소 [A]가 구성 요소 [Ab2] 10 내지 40 질량%를 더 포함하고 있는 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제2항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 구성 요소 [Aa]가 에폭시 당량이 300 내지 500의 범위에 있고, 옥사졸리돈환의 골격을 갖는 에폭시이고, 구성 요소 [B]의 활성 수소량이 구성 요소 [A] 중의 에폭시기량의 0.6 내지 1.2배인 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제2항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 에폭시 수지 조성물을 경화시킨 에폭시 수지 경화물이며, 굽힘 탄성률이 3.6 GPa 이상이고, 유리 전이 온도가 180℃ 이상인 에폭시 수지 경화물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 구성 요소 [Aa]가 비페닐 골격을 갖는 비페닐형 에폭시 수지이고, 구성 요소 [Ab]가 이하의 구성 요소 [Ab1'], [Ab2] 및 [Ab3]을 포함하고, 구성 요소 [B]가 디시안디아미드인 에폭시 수지 조성물:
[Ab1'] 하기 화학식 I로 표시되는 디글리시딜아닐린 유도체;

(식 중, R은 동일하거나 상이할 수도 있으며, 수소, 탄소수 1 내지 5의 직쇄 또는 분지 알킬기, 및 탄소수 1 내지 5의 직쇄 또는 분지 알콕시기로부터 선택된 기를 나타냄)
[Ab2] 액상 비스페놀형 에폭시 수지; 및
[Ab3] 고형 비스페놀형 에폭시 수지. - 제8항에 있어서, 구성 요소 [Ab1']에 있어서, 화학식 I로 표시되는 디글리시딜아닐린 유도체가 디글리시딜아닐린 또는 디글리시딜톨루이딘인 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 구성 요소 [A]에 있어서, 전체 에폭시 수지의 평균 에폭시 당량이 200 내지 400인 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제8항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 구성 요소 [A]가 구성 요소 [A] 100 질량% 중에 구성 요소 [Aa] 20 내지 50 질량%, 및 구성 요소 [Ab1'] 5 내지 20 질량%를 포함하고, 구성 요소 [Ab2]를 구성 요소 [Ab1']와 구성 요소 [Ab2]의 합이 20 내지 40 질량%가 되도록 포함하고, 구성 요소 [Ab3]를 구성 요소 [Aa]와 구성 요소 [Ab3]의 합이 60 내지 80 질량%가 되도록 포함하고, 구성 요소 [C]가 구성 요소 [A] 100 질량부에 대하여 1 내지 10 질량부 포함되어 있는 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제8항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 구성 요소 [C]의 블록 B가 폴리1,4-부타디엔, 폴리(부틸아크릴레이트) 및 폴리(2-에틸헥실아크릴레이트)로부터 선택된 중합체로 이루어지는, 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 구성 요소 [C]가 M-B-M으로 표시되는 블록 공중합체이고, M 블록이 메타크릴산메틸보다도 SP값이 높은 단량체를 공중합 성분으로서 함유하는, 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 에폭시 수지 조성물을 강화 섬유에 함침시켜 이루어지는 프리프레그.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 에폭시 수지 조성물을 경화시킨 경화물 및 강화 섬유 기재를 포함하는 섬유 강화 복합 재료.
