Claims (10)
- 생분해성수지 조성물 100중량% 기준으로,지방족/방향족 코폴리에스테르 수지 40 내지 80wt%, 8 내지 40wt%의 폴리락트산과 0.1 내지 1.0 wt%의 퍼옥사이드계 고온개시제, 10 내지 40wt%의 전분 및 1 내지 10wt%의 전분가소제, 0.1 내지 5wt%의 전분구조 파괴제 및 0.8 내지 3.0wt%의 상용화제로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 생분해성수지 조성물
- 제1항에 있어서 생분해성수지조성물의 주성분인 지방족/방향족코폴리에스테르는 게르마늄화합물과 포타슘화합물을 에틸렌글리콜에 용해시킨 혼합용액을 합성촉매로 사용하여 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 수지조성물.
- 1항에 있어서 지방족/방향족코폴리에스테르의 구성성분중, 산 성분 1몰중 디메틸테레프탈레이트는 0.45내지0.55몰, 아디프산은 0.45내지0.55몰의 범위로 구성되며 글리콜 성분 1몰이 1,4-부탄디올 단독 또는 0.8몰 이상의 혼합성분 글리콜임을 특징으로 하는 수지조성물
- 제1항에 있어서, 혼합용액의 구성성분중 게르마늄화합물의 첨가량은 생성 폴리에스테르에 대하여 0.01∼1.0중량%이고,포타슘화합물의 첨가량은 게르마늄화합물 대비 0.1∼1.0중량이며,에틸렌글리콜의 첨가량은 게르마늄화합물과 포타슘화합 물 대비 10∼100중량% 범위임을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 퍼옥사이드계 고온개시제가 디-3차-부틸퍼옥사이드, 디-3차-부틸퍼옥시헥사하이드로테레프탈레이트, 디-3차-부틸퍼옥시-3,3,5-트리메틸시클로헥산, 또는 3차-부틸퍼벤조에이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 수지 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 퍼옥사이드계 고온개시제가 최종 생분해성수지 조성물 100wt% 기준으로 하여 0.1 내지 1.0wt%인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전분이 옥수수전분, 타피오카전분, 감자전분, 밀전분, 및 쌀전분과 변성전분류로서 알파전분, 산화전분, 산처리전분, 아세틸아디핀산전분, 및 옥테닐석시네이트전분, 및 이들의 2종 이상의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상용화제가 글리시딜메타크릴레이트, 에틸렌비닐알콜, 폴리비닐알코올, 및 에틸렌비닐아세테이트로부터 선택된 어느 하나의 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서 생분해성수지 조성물은 최종 수지조성물 100중량% 기준으 로,지방족/방향족 코폴리에스테르 수지 40 내지 80wt%, 8 내지 40wt%의 폴리락트산과 0.1 내지 1.0 wt%의 퍼옥사이드계 고온개시제, 10 내지 40wt%의 전분 및 1 내지 10wt%의 전분가소제, 0.1 내지 5wt%의 전분구조 파괴제 및 0.8 내지 3.0wt%의 상용화제를 혼합기에서 약5∼15분간 혼합한 후 이축압출기로 150∼200℃온도 범위에서 10토르 미만의 진공도하에서 압출하여 냉각시킨 후 펠렛타이저로 펠릿화하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성수지 제조방법.
- 제1항에 기재된 생분해성 수지 조성물로 제조되는 쓰레기봉투, 쇼핑백, 식품포장용 필름, 공업용 포장필름, 농업용 필름, 일회용 식탁보 또는 롤백임을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 필름.
