Claims (21)
- 실질적으로 평평한 외측 표면을 갖는 반사 필름으로서,
광범위한 파장 대역에 걸쳐 광을 반사하기 위해 광학 반복 단위로 배열되는 복수의 미세층(microlayer)을 포함하며, 인접한 미세층들은 x-축을 따른 Δnx 및 y-축을 따른 Δny의 상당한 평면내(in-plane) 굴절률 부정합을 나타내어, 광범위한 파장 대역의 수직 입사광에 대하여, 필름은 x-축을 따라 편광된 그러한 광에 대해 반사율 Rnormalx 및 y-축을 따라 편광된 그러한 광에 대해 반사율 Rnormaly를 가지며, Rnormalx 및 Rnormaly 둘 모두는 적어도 75%이고,
인접한 미세층들은 또한 평면외(out-of-plane) z-축을 따른 상당한 굴절률 부정합 Δnz를 나타내어, 제1 입사 평면에서 필름에 입사하는 광범위한 파장 대역의 광에 대하여, 필름은 p-편광되고 각도 θoblique로 입사하는 그러한 광에 대해 Rnormalmin의 절반 이하의 반사율 R1을 가지며, 여기서 Rnormalmin은 Rnormalx 및 Rnormaly 중 더 작은 것이고,
Δnx 및 Δny는, 제1 평면에 직교하는 제2 입사 평면에서 필름에 입사하는 광범위한 파장 대역의 광에 대하여, 필름이 모든 입사각에 대해서 p-편광된 그러한 광에 대해 적어도 75%의 반사율 R2를 갖도록 충분히 상이한 필름. - 제1항에 있어서, Rnormalx, Rnormaly, Rnormalmin, R1 및 R2는 각각 2개의 필름/공기 계면의 효과를 포함하는 필름.
