Claims (11)
- 플레인 베어링(plain bearing)에 CuFe2P를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 플레인 베어링 소재로 CuFe2P를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 및 제 2 항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 CuFe2P는 주조 소재(casting material)로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 CuFe2P는 소결 소재(sintering material)로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 CuFe2P는 950 내지 980℃ 범위의 온도에서 소결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 경질 입자가 CuFe2P 기반의 소재 내로 도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, AlN, Al2O3, NiB, Fe2B, SiC, TiC, WC, W2C, Mo2C, c-Bn, MoSi2, Si3N4, Fe3P, Fe2P, Fe3B, TiO2 및 ZrO2로 이루어진 입자가 도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 고체 윤활제가 소재 내로 도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 고체 윤활제는 h-BN 또는 흑연인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 플레인 베어링 복합 소재로서, 바람직하게는 스틸(steel)로 만들어진 지지층(supporting layer), 및 제 2 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 하나에 따른 플레인 베어링 소재로 이루어진 베어링 금속층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플레인 베어링 복합 소재.
- 제 10 항에 따른 플레인 베어링 복합 소재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부재 또는 플레인 베어링.
