Claims (2)
- 샤클과, 장착 대상에 장착 볼트로 나사고정이 가능하게 구성된 지지 본체와, 상기 샤클을 상기 지지 본체에 대해 요동이 자유롭게 지지하는 요동 지지 기구를 구비하고,
상기 요동 지지 기구를, 상기 샤클의 한 쌍의 다리부 각각에 형성된 연결용 구멍과, 원활한 외주면을 가진 상태로 상기 지지 본체에 일체적으로 형성된 한 쌍의 축부를 끼워맞춤시킴과 동시에, 상기 다리부의 상기 축부로부터의 빠져나감을 저지하는 빠짐 방지 수단이 설치되어 있는 요동 연결구로서,
상기 장착 볼트는 그 양단부에 서로 직경이 다른 제1 수나사부와 제2 수나사부를 따로 형성한 양 나사 볼트로 이루어지고,
상기 제1 수나사부와 상기 제2 수나사부 사이에, 그들의 제1 수나사부부터 제2 수나사부에 걸쳐 연속적으로 직경이 변화하는 볼트 축부를 형성하며,
대직경의 상기 제1 수나사부를 장착 대상물에 대한 연결부에 구성함과 동시에,
상기 볼트 축부를 끼워맞추어 걸어고정시킴과 동시에 소직경의 상기 제2 나사부를 관통시키는 볼트공을 상기 지지 본체에 설치하고,
상기 볼트공을 상기 볼트 축부의 외주면에 대응하여 연속적으로 내경이 변화하는 내면 형상으로 형성하며,
상기 볼트공에 상기 볼트 축부를 끼워맞춤시킨 상태로 상기 볼트공을 관통한 상기 제2 수나사부에 너트를 나사결합시켜 상기 장착 볼트가 빠짐 방지 상태로 상기 지지 본체에 일체 연결되어 있는 요동 연결구. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 샤클을 상기 장착 볼트에 대해 그 축심 둘레로 상대적으로 회동이 자유롭게 지지하는 회동 지지 기구가 상기 장착 볼트와 상기 지지 본체 사이에 설치되어 있는 요동 연결구.
