Description

도 1은 유기 전자 소자의 일례의 예시를 포함한다.
당업자는 도면의 물체가 단순함 및 명확함을 위해 예시되어 있으며 반드시 축척에 맞게 그려진 것은 아니라는 것을 인식한다. 예를 들어, 실시 형태의 이해 증진을 돕기 위해 도면상의 일부 물체의 치수가 다른 물체에 비해 과장될 수 있다.
Claims (15)
- 비스(다이아릴아미노)안트라센 및 비스(다이아릴아미노)크라이센으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되며, 적어도 하나의 D를 갖는 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 50% 이상 중수소화된 화합물.
- 제1항 및 제2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 D를 갖는 하기 화학식 I 또는 화학식 II의 화합물:

[상기 식에서,
R1은 각각의 경우에 동일하거나 상이하며, D, 알킬, 알콕시 및 아릴로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고, 여기서 인접한 R1 기들은 함께 연결되어 5- 또는 6-원 지방족 고리를 형성할 수 있으며;
Ar1 내지 Ar4는 동일하거나 상이하며, 아릴 기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고;
a는 각각의 경우에 동일하거나 상이하며, 0 내지 4의 정수이고;
b는 각각의 경우에 동일하거나 상이하며, 0 내지 5의 정수임]. - 제3항에 있어서, 아릴 고리 상에 적어도 하나의 치환체 기를 가지며, 아릴 고리 상의 치환체 기에서 중수소화된 화합물.
- 제3항에 있어서, Ar1 내지 Ar4 중 적어도 하나는 중수소화된 아릴 기인 화합물.
- 제5항에 있어서, Ar1 및 Ar2는 20% 이상 중수소화된 화합물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 아릴 고리 상에 적어도 하나의 치환체 기를 가지며, 적어도 하나의 치환체 기 및 적어도 하나의 아릴 고리 둘 모두에서 중수소화된 화합물.
- 제3항에 있어서, R1은 탄화수소 알킬인 화합물.
- 제3항에 있어서, R1은 중수소화된 알킬인 화합물.
- 제3항에 있어서, a가 0인 화학식 I을 갖는 화합물.
- 제3항에 있어서, a가 4이고 R1이 D인 화학식 I을 갖는 화합물.
- 제3항에 있어서, b가 0인 화학식 II를 갖는 화합물.
- 제3항에 있어서, b가 5이고 R1이 D인 화학식 II를 갖는 화합물.
- 제3항에 있어서, Ar1 내지 Ar4는 나프틸, 페닐나프틸, 나프틸페닐, 바이나프틸, 및 하기 화학식 III을 갖는 기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 화합물:
