Abstract
Description
제2도는 개선된 압축기 시스템 구조로써 인버터 냉각 팬이 없으며, 하나의 냉각 팬 만으로 인버터 및 모터에서 발생하는 열을 모두 외부로 뽑아내는 구조를 하고 있다. 모터냉각팬(4)는 모터(2)의 주축에 설치되어 있을 수도 있고 독립적인 냉각 팬을 사용할 수도 있다.
제3도는 경제성만을 위한 구성으로, 냉각공기를 패키지 내부로 다시 되돌리는 구성을 하고 있다. 당연히 효율이 낮아지게 된다.
Claims (4)
- 인버터를 냉각한 공기를 사용하여 모터를 냉각하고, 데워진 냉각 유체를 하나의 냉각 팬을 사용하여 패키지 외부로 방출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고속모터 직결구동형 터보압축기시스템.
- 1항의 고속모터 직결구동형 터보압축기에 있어서, 독립적인 냉각공기용 필터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고속모터 직결구동형 터보압축기시스템.
- 1항의 고속모터 직결구동형 터보압축기에 있어서, 냉각공기의 역류 없이 방풍공기와 냉각공기를 묶어서 내보내도록 내부배관구조(9)를 포함하는 모음배관(8)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고속모터 직결구동형 터보압축기시스템
- 1항의 고속모터 직결구동형 터보압축기에 있어서, 냉각 후 데워진 공기를 패키지 내부로 되돌려 냉각공기 배관을 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고속모터 직결구동형 터보압축기시스템.
