Claims (6)
- 벽체와 바닥으로 이루어진 공간을 한정하는 외피;
상기 벽체의 외피 내측에 형성되는 벽체내화물;
상기 바닥의 일측에 외부와 통하도록 형성되는 개구부; 및
상기 바닥의 외피 내측에 형성되며, 용강의 출탕이 용이하도록 상기 래들의 가장자리에서 상기 개구부를 향해 경사지게 형성되는 바닥내화물;을 포함하는 래들.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 바닥내화물은,
용강의 출탕 시 와류발생을 줄이기 위해 상기 개구부의 둘레와 인접한 영역에 반턱 형태로 형성되는 와류방지부를 포함하는 래들.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 바닥내화물은,
내화물 연와가 계단식으로 축조되어 경사지게 형성되는 래들.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 내화물 연와는 알루미나 재질인 래들.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 바닥내화물의 상단에,
매끄러운 경사면을 위하여 부정형 내화물이 코팅되어 형성되는 래들.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 부정형 내화물은 캐스타블 인 래들.
