Claims (5)
- 하이브리드 차량의 클러치 제어 장치이며,
발전기에 의해 발전된 전기로 충전되는 배터리와,
상기 발전기에 의해 발전된 전기 및 상기 배터리에 충전된 전기 중 하나 이상을 사용함으로써 하이브리드 차량의 구동축과 접속된 모터 축을 구동하는 모터와,
상기 발전기 및 상기 하이브리드 차량을 구동하는 엔진과,
클러치와,
상기 배터리에 의해 출력될 수 있는 전지 가능 출력을 구하고 상기 전지 가능 출력에 따라 변경 차속을 설정하는 제어 유닛을 포함하고,
상기 제어 유닛은 상기 하이브리드 차량의 차속이 상기 변경 차속인 경우, 상기 엔진의 엔진 축 및 상기 모터 축이 서로 결합된 상기 클러치의 결합 상태를 상기 모터 축 및 상기 엔진 축이 서로로부터 해제된 상기 클러치의 해제 상태로 변경하고, 상기 하이브리드 차량이 상기 엔진에 의해 구동되는 상기 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 주행 상태를 상기 하이브리드 차량이 상기 모터에 의해 구동되는 상기 하이브리드 차량의 모터 주행 상태로 변경하는, 하이브리드 차량의 클러치 제어 장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어 유닛은 상기 발전기에 의해 출력되는 발전 최대 출력 및 상기 전지 가능 출력에 기초하여, 상기 차속에 대응하고 상기 모터에 의해 출력될 수 있는 모터 가능 구동력을 구하고,
상기 제어 유닛은 상기 차속에 대응하고 상기 엔진에 의해 출력되는 엔진 최대 구동력을 구하고,
상기 제어 유닛은 상기 모터 가능 구동력 및 상기 엔진 최대 구동력 사이의 차가 소정 차 이하가 되는 속도를 상기 변경 차속으로 설정하는, 하이브리드 차량의 클러치 제어 장치. - 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제어 유닛은 상기 차속에 대응하고 상기 모터에 의해 출력되는 모터 최대 구동력을 구하고,
상기 제어 유닛은 상기 모터 가능 구동력이 상기 모터 최대 구동력 이상인 경우, 상기 모터 최대 구동력과 상기 엔진 최대 구동력 사이의 차가 소정차 이하가 되는 속도를 상기 변경 차속으로 설정하는, 하이브리드 차량의 클러치 제어 장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전지 가능 출력이 상기 배터리 소진의 전단계를 판정하는 긴급 판정 출력 이하인 경우, 상기 제어 유닛은 상기 차속에 무관하게 상기 클러치의 결합을 금지하고, 상기 클러치가 결합 상태인 경우 상기 클러치를 해제하는, 하이브리드 차량의 클러치 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어 유닛은 상기 배터리의 충전 상태 및 온도로부터 상기 전지 가능 출력을 구하는, 하이브리드 차량의 클러치 제어 장치.
