Claims (23)
- 기판상에, 1 쌍의 전극과, 상기 전극 사이에 발광층을 포함하는 적어도 하나의 층의 유기층을 갖는 유기 전계 발광 소자로서,
상기 유기층의 어느 층에 이하의 일반식 (1) 으로 나타내는 화합물을 함유하고, 또한
상기 발광층에 이하의 일반식 (C-1) 으로 나타내는 인광 발광 재료를 함유하는, 유기 전계 발광 소자.

일반식 (1) 중, Cz 는 치환 혹은 무치환의 아릴카르바졸릴기 또는 카르바졸릴아릴기, L 은 단결합, 치환 혹은 무치환의 아릴렌기, 치환 혹은 무치환의 시클로알킬렌기, 또는 치환 혹은 무치환의 방향족 헤테로 고리, A 는 치환 혹은 무치환의 질소 함유 6 원자 방향족 헤테로 고리이고, p 및 q 는 각각 독립적으로 1 ? 6 의 정수이다.

상기 아릴카르바졸릴기 또는 상기 카르바졸릴아릴기에 있어서의 아릴기가, 카르바졸 고리 상의 9 위치에 치환되어 있는, 유기 전계 발광 소자. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 일반식 (1) 에 있어서, Cz 가 카르바졸릴아릴기인, 유기 전계 발광 소자. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 일반식 (1) 으로 나타내는 화합물이, 이하의 일반식 (3) 으로 나타내는 화합물인, 유기 전계 발광 소자.

일반식 (3) 중, X4, X5 는 각각 독립적으로 질소 원자 또는 수소 원자 혹은 치환기가 결합한 탄소 원자를 나타내고, X4 또는 X5 의 어느 일방은 질소 원자이고, 타방은 수소 원자 혹은 치환기가 결합한 탄소 원자이다. L'는 단결합, 치환 혹은 무치환의 아릴렌기, 치환 혹은 무치환의 시클로알킬렌기, 또는 치환 혹은 무치환의 방향족 헤테로 고리를 나타낸다. R1 ? R5 는 각각 독립적으로 치환기를 나타낸다. n1 ? n5 는 각각 독립적으로 0 ? 5 의 정수를 나타낸다. p'및 q'는 각각 독립적으로 1 ? 4 의 정수를 나타낸다. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 일반식 (1) 으로 나타내는 화합물이, 탄소 원자, 수소 원자 및 질소 원자만으로 이루어지는, 유기 전계 발광 소자. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 일반식 (1) 으로 나타내는 화합물의 분자량이 450 이상 800 이하인, 유기 전계 발광 소자. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 일반식 (1) 으로 나타내는 화합물의 막상태에서의 최저 여기 삼중항 T1 에너지가 2.61 eV 이상 3.51 eV 이하인, 유기 전계 발광 소자. - 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 일반식 (1) 으로 나타내는 화합물의 유리 전이 온도 Tg 가 80 ℃ 이상 400 ℃ 이하인, 유기 전계 발광 소자. - 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 일반식 (1) 으로 나타내는 화합물이 상기 발광층과 인접하는 층에 포함되는, 유기 전계 발광 소자. - 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
극대 발광 파장이 400 ㎚ 이상 465 ㎚ 이하인, 유기 전계 발광 소자. - 제 1 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 발광층에 있어서의 발광 재료의 함유량이 1 질량% 이상 30 질량% 이하인, 유기 전계 발광 소자. - 제 1 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 유기층으로서 전자 수용성 도펀트를 함유하는 정공 주입층 또는 정공 수송층을 포함하는, 유기 전계 발광 소자. - 제 1 항에 기재된, 일반식 (1) 으로 나타내는 화합물과 일반식 (C-1) 으로 나타내는 인광 발광 재료를 함유하는, 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 기재된, 일반식 (1) 으로 나타내는 화합물과 일반식 (C-1) 으로 나타내는 인광 발광 재료를 함유하는, 발광층.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 유기 전계 발광 소자를 사용한, 발광 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 유기 전계 발광 소자를 사용한, 표시 장치.
