Abstract
Description
막대는 각각의 도면에 있어서 실험 조건, 즉 마우스 혈청의 존재 또는 부재하에서의 해당 리포좀/siRNA 조합에 대한 IC50 값을 나타낸다. 이러한 IC50 값은 세포 성장의 1/2-최대 저해에 필요한 농도를 나타내며 nM으로 주어진다. 시험 항목의 최대 농도는 마우스 혈청의 부재 또는 존재하에 각각 40nM 및 36nM이었다.
시험 항목의 순서는 다음과 같다:
도 1 음이온성 지질은 CHEMS - 마우스 혈청을 첨가하지 않음
도 2 음이온성 지질은 CHEMS + 마우스 혈청을 첨가함
도 3 음이온성 지질은 DMGS - 마우스 혈청을 첨가하지 않음
도 4 음이온성 지질은 DMGS + 마우스 혈청을 첨가함
도 5 음이온성 지질은 DOGS - 마우스 혈청을 첨가하지 않음

Claims (21)
- 음이온성 및 양이온성 양친매성물질을 포함하며, 상기 양이온성 양친매성물질의 적어도 일부가 생리적 조건하에서 실질적으로 하전되는 이미노 지질이며, 음이온성 양친매성물질이 카르복실 또는 포스페이트 지질이며, 추가로 양이온성 및 음이온성 양친매성물질 사이의 전하비가 1.5 이하인 지질 어셈블리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 음이온성 및 양이온성 양친매성물질을 포함하며, 상기 양이온성 양친매성물질의 적어도 일부가 생리적 조건하에서 실질적으로 하전되는 이미노 지질이며, 추가로 음이온성 양친매성물질의 적어도 일부가 카르복실 지질이며, 양이온성 및 음이온성 양친매성물질 사이의 비율이 1.5 이하인 지질 어셈블리.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 지질의 조합을 포함하며, 상기 조합의 양이온성 지질이 구아니도 잔기를 포함하고, 상기 조합의 음이온성 지질이 카르복실기를 포함하고, 구아니도 잔기와 카르복실기 사이의 비율이 1.5 이하인 것을 추가로 특징으로 하는 지질 어셈블리.

- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 양이온성 양친매성물질의 하전된 이미노기의 pK가 7.5 초과이고, 이민, 아미딘, 피리딘, 2-아미노피리딘, 헤테로시클릭 질소 염기, 구아니도 잔기, 이소우레아 또는 티오이소우레아로부터 선택되는 것을 추가로 특징으로 하는 지질 어셈블리.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 양이온성 양친매성물질이 구조 I1 내지 I113, 구조 A1 내지 A21 또는 구조 L1 내지 L17을 포함하는 군으로부터 선택되고, 상기 군의 구성원이 7.5 초과의 pK에 따라 추가로 선택되는 것인 지질 어셈블리.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 양이온성 지질이 PONA, CHOLGUA, GUADACA, MPDACA 또는 SAINT-18의 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 추가로 특징으로 하는 지질 어셈블리.
