Abstract
본 발명은 탈모방지용 천연샴푸에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 상세하게는 천연샴푸 원료 100 중량부에 쌀뜨물을 발효 처리한 쌀뜨물 발효액 80~100 중량부를 혼합하되, 상기 쌀뜨물 발효액에는 추가로 건조 처리된 아보가드로 껍질 30g, 석류 껍질 30g, 검정콩 200g , 당근 30g, 뽕잎 30g, 장미꽃잎 30g, 오가닉녹차잎 20g, 귤 껍질 30g 중 어느 하나 이상을 추가로 200g 이상 혼합시켜 발효 처리한 천연샴푸를 제공하므로 친환경적이고, 두피의 세제 찌꺼기가 잔류하지 않도록 청결하게 세척하면서 두피 노화방지, 두피 건조방지, 두피 보습은 물론 두피 및 모발에 다양한 영양 성분을 보충하여 주므로서 모발 및 두피 건강과 탈모 예방 및 지연 효과, 비듬방지 효과를 우수하게 제공하는데 그 특징이 있다.
Description
본 발명은 탈모방지용 천연샴푸에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 상세하게는 천연샴푸 원료에 쌀뜨물 발효액을 혼합 제조하므로 친환경적이고, 두피의 세제 찌꺼기가 잔류하지 않도록 청결하게 세척하면서 두피 노화방지, 두피 건조방지, 두피 보습은 물론 두피 및 모발에 다양한 영양 성분을 보충하여 주므로서 모발 및 두피 건강과 탈모 예방 및 지연 효과, 비듬방지 효과가 우수하게 제공되는 쌀뜨물 발효액을 이용한 탈모방지용 천연샴푸에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 모발 세척을 위해 비누 대신 샴푸를 많이 사용하고 있는데, 이러한 샴푸는 모발 손상을 가져오는 등의 부작용도 있었다.
이 때문에 최근에는 단순한 모발 세척 뿐만 아니라 모발의 건강 유지를 위한 기능성 샴푸의 수요가 급증하고 있고, 이에 맞추어 다양한 기능성 샴푸가 출시되고 있다.
특히, 현대인들은 환경오염, 스트레스, 퍼머, 염색이나 각종 화학물질 등에 접촉하면서 탈모나 모발을 손상, 두피 손상, 비듬 등을 유발시키는 요인이 점차 증가하고 있다.
이와 같은 탈모 방지를 위한 기능성 샴푸는 비타민 E등의 비타민, 세린 또는 메티오닌 등의 아미노산, 아세밀콜린 유도체등의 혈관확장제, 리토스페룸 뿌리 추출액 등의 항염증제, 에스트라디올등의 여성호르몬, 세파라틴 등의 피부기능 촉진제, 구리 판토테네이트 등의 멜라닌 합성 촉매제, 살리실산등의 각질용해제 등의 육모효과를 나타내는 여러 성분을 포함하는 것이다.
그러나 상기 종래 기능성 샴푸는 여러 화학적 물질로 이루어지기 때문에 두피 및 모발을 자연적으로 조절하는 진정 및 정화 작용을 기대하기가 어려울 뿐만 아니라 오히려 두피 및 모발에 이상 자극이 유발하는 문제점이 있었다.
이 때문에 최근 천연 원료를 이용한 천연샴푸의 관심이 급증하공 있는데, 본 출원인은 이와 같은 천연 샴푸를 이용하여 탈모방지의 기능을 더욱 개선하는 천연샴푸를 개발하고자 연구 노력하였다.
본 발명은 상기한 종래 기술이 갖는 제반 문제점을 해결하고자 발명된 것으로서, 천연샴푸 원료에 쌀뜨물 발효액을 혼합 제조하거나 상기 쌀뜨물 발효액에 건조 아보가드로 껍질, 석류 껍질, 검정콩, 당근, 뽕잎, 장미꽃잎, 오가닉녹차잎, 귤 껍질 중 적어도 하나 이상을 추가로 발효 처리하여 제공하므로 친환경적이고, 두피의 세제 찌꺼기가 잔류하지 않도록 청결하게 세척하면서 두피 노화방지, 두피 건조방지, 두피 보습은 물론 두피 및 모발에 다양한 영양 성분을 보충하여 주므로서 모발 및 두피 건강과 탈모예방 및 지연 효과, 비듬방지 효과를 우수하게 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
이러한 본 발명은 천연샴푸 원료 100 중량부에 쌀뜨물을 발효 처리한 쌀뜨물 발효액 80~100 중량부를 혼합하여 제공함에 그 특징이 있다.
본 발명 상기 쌀뜨물 발효액은 쌀뜨물 500ml에 천연 방부재 역활을 하는 설탕 10g, 소금 5g이나 당밀 10g을 EM(Effective Microorganisms, 유효 미생물발효효소) 10g과 혼합시켜 상온에서 발효처리하여 제공함에 그 특징이 있다.
본 발명 상기 쌀뜨물 발효액은 쌀뜨물 발효액에 건조 처리된 아보가드로 껍질 30g, 석류 껍질 30g, 검정콩 200g , 당근 30g, 뽕잎 30g, 장미꽃잎 30g, 오가닉녹차잎 20g, 귤 껍질 30g 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상을 추가로 200g 이상 혼합시켜 상온에서 발효 처리하여 제공함에 그 특징이 있다.

이하, 상기한 본 발명에 대해 좀더 상세하게 설명하기로 한다.
본 발명의 탈모방지용 천연샴푸는 천연샴푸 원료에 쌀뜨물을 발효 처리한 쌀뜨물 발효액을 혼합 제조한 것이 그 특징이다.
즉, 천연샴푸 원료 100 중량부에 쌀뜨물을 발효 처리한 쌀뜨물 발효액 80~100 중량부를 혼합 제조하는 것이다.
이때, 상기 천연샴푸 원료는 공지의 천연샴푸 원료를 사용한다.
예를 들면 물(Water), 알로에 바(Aloe Bar), 바덴시스 잎즙(badensis Leaf Juice), 코카미도프로필 베타인(Cocamidopropyl Betine), 소듐 라우릴글루코사이드 하이드록시프로필설포네이트(Sodium Laurylglucosides Hydroxypropylsulfonate), 글리세린(Glycerin), 소듐 코코일 이세티오네이트(Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate), 스테아린산(Stearic Acid), 소듐 라우로일 사코시네이트(Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate), 라벤다 오일(Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil), 레몬껍질 오일(Medica Limonum (Lemon) Peel Oil), 금잔화 꽃 추출물(Calendula Officinalis Flower Extract), 마트리카리아 꽃 추출물(Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract), 라벤다 꽃/잎/줄기 추출액(Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender)Flower/Leaf/Stem Extract), Allantoin Arginine, 베타 글루칸(Beta-Glucan), 비사보롤(Bisabolol), 기수분해된 밀단백질(Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, 구연산 나트륨(Sodium Citrate), 소듐(Sodium) PCA, 판써놀(Panthenol), 토코페럴 아세테이트(Tocopheryl Acetate), 구아 하이드록시프로필트리모니움 클로라이드(Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride), 알콜(Alcohol), 벤질 알콜(Benzyl Alcohol), 포타슘 솔베이트(Potassium Sorbate), 안식향산 나트륨(Sodium Benzoate), 쿠마린 리모넨(Coumarin Limonene), 리날롤(Linalool) 등이다.
또한, 상기 쌀뜨물 발효액은 쌀뜨물 500ml에 천연 방부재 역활을 하는 설탕 10g, 소금 5g을 EM(Effective Microorganisms, 유효 미생물발효효소) 10g과 혼합시켜 상온에서 여름에는 5일, 겨울에는 7일 정도 발효처리하거나 상기 설탕과 소금 대신에 당밀 10g을 EM(Effective Microorganisms, 유효 미생물발효효소) 10g과 혼합시켜 상온에서 7일 정도 발효처리하는 것이다.
이러한 쌀뜨물 발효액은 천연샴푸 원료 100 중량부에 80 중량부 미만으로 혼합하게 되면 탈모기능이 약화되고, 100 중량부 초과로 혼합하게 되면 샴푸 기능(거품 발생 및 세척 기능)이 약화되기 때문에 쌀뜨물 발효액을 80~100 중량부로 혼합 사용함이 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 쌀뜨물 발효액은 쌀뜨물 발효액에 건조 처리된 아보가드로 껍질 30g, 석류 껍질 30g, 검정콩 200g , 당근 30g, 뽕잎 20g, 장미꽃잎 30g, 오가닉녹차잎 20g, 귤 껍질 30g 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상을 추가로 200g 이상 혼합시켜 상온에서 발효 처리하여 두피 및 모발에 다양한 영양 성분을 보충하도록 구성할 수도 있다.
이때 상기 건조 처리된 아보가드로 껍질, 석류 껍질, 검정콩, 당근, 뽕잎, 장미꽃잎, 오가닉녹차잎, 귤 껍질은 각각 아보가드로 껍질 30g, 석류 껍질 30g, 검정콩 200g , 당근 30g, 뽕잎 20g, 장미꽃잎 30g, 오가닉녹차잎 20g, 귤 껍질 30g 을 선택적으로 혼합하되, 총 200g 이상 혼합시켜야 후술되는 각 성분의 효능을 두피 및 모발에 효과적으로 보충하도록 나타나게 된다.
또한, 상기 쌀뜨물 발효액은 아보가드로 껍질, 석류 껍질, 검정콩, 당근, 뽕잎, 장미꽃잎, 오가닉녹차잎, 귤 껍질의 덩어리를 채에 걸러 분리한 후 천연 샴푸 원료와 혼합 사용하게 되는 것이다.
이러한 본 발명에서 상기 살뜨물 발효액은 항산화기능(노화방지기능) 및 곡물에서 나오는 강력한 세척, 정화 및 악취 제거 기능을 갖는다.
상기 건조 아보가드로 껍질은 천연 파자마 오일 같은 성분으로 머리카락이나 두피의 보습, 윤기 보충 기능 등을 갖는다.
상기 건조 석류 껍질은 항산화, 두피 노화방지, 비타민 E, 탄닌성분, 천연색소, 풍분한 칼륨과 펙틴, 탄닌 성분 등의 작용이 수렴, 정혈, 항산화 기능 등을 갖는다.
상기 건조 검정콩은 항산화, 안토시아닌, 프로테인, 단백질에 의한 탈모방지 기능 등을 갖는다.
상기 건조 당근은 항생제, 습도 조절 및 비타민 A 보충 기능, 상기 건조 뽕잎은 노화방지, 미네날 및 단백질 보충 기능, 상기 건조 장미꽃잎은 항산화, 노화방지, 모발 윤기, 비타민 C 보충 기능 등을 갖는다.
그리고 상기 건조 오가닉 녹차잎은 살균, 냄새 제거 기능을 갖고, 상기 건조 귤 껍질 세척력, 탈취, 기름제거, 광택 및 표백 기능 등을 갖는다.
따라서, 본 발명의 천연샴푸는 쌀뜨물 발효액과 그 밖의 아보가드로 껍질, 석류 껍질, 검정콩, 당근, 뽕잎, 장미꽃잎, 오가닉녹차잎, 귤 껍질이 제공하는 성분에 의해 두피의 세제 찌꺼기가 잔류하지 않도록 청결하게 세척하면서 두피 노화방지, 두피 건조방지, 두피 보습은 물론 두피 및 모발에 다양한 영양 성분을 보충하여 주므로서 모발 및 두피 건강과 탈모예방 및 지연 효과, 비듬방지 효과가 우수하게 제공되는 것이다.
실시 예 1
천연샴푸 원료 500ml와, 쌀뜨물을 발효 처리한 쌀뜨물 발효액 500ml을 혼합하되; 상기 쌀뜨물 발효액은 쌀뜨물 500ml에 천연 방부재 역활을 하는 설탕 10g, 소금 5g을 EM(Effective Microorganisms, 유효 미생물발효효소) 10g과 혼합시켜 상온에서 발효처리하여 천연샴푸를 제조하였다.
실시 예 2
천연샴푸 원료 500ml와, 쌀뜨물을 발효 처리한 쌀뜨물 발효액 500ml을 혼합하여 천연샴푸를 제조하되; 상기 쌀뜨물 발효액은 쌀뜨물 500ml에 천연 방부재 역활을 하는 설탕 10g, 소금 5g을 EM(Effective Microorganisms, 유효 미생물발효효소) 10g과 혼합 발효시킨 발효액에 다시 건조 처리된 아보가드로 껍질 30g, 석류 껍질 30g, 검정콩 200g , 당근 30g, 뽕잎 20g, 장미꽃잎 30g, 오가닉녹차잎 20g, 귤 껍질 30g 을 모두 추가로 혼합시켜 상온에서 발효 처리하여 천연샴푸를 제조하였다.
비교 예
시판중인 통상의 헤어 샴푸를 이용하였다.
실험 예 1; 피부 자극 실험
본 발명의 천연샴푸에 대한 피부 자극 정도를 알아보기 위해 상기 실시 예 1 및 2, 그리고 비교 예 제품에 대한 피부 테스트를 실시하였다.
위 피부 테스트를 위해 10대에서 50대까지 각 연령대 별로 남녀 3명씩 총 30명을 대상으로 팔 부위에 시료를 부착한 첩포 검사(Patch Test)에 의해 실시 하였다.
1시간 후 피부 반응과 12시간후 피부 반을 육안 검사하여 그 결과를 아래의 표 1에 나타내었다.

상기 도표 1의 결과에서 알 수 있듯이 비교 예의 일반 샴푸는 경미한 홍반이 나타나 피부에 자극적인데 반하여 실시 예 1,2의 천연샴푸의 경우에 피부 자극이 전혀 없는 것을 알 수 있습니다.
실험 예 2; 관성 실험
본 발명의 천연샴푸에 대한 탈모방지효과, 보습효과, 비듬방지효과(세척효과)를 알아보기 위해 상기 실시 예 1 및 2, 그리고 비교 예 제품에 대한 실험을 실시하였다.
이를 위해 10대에서 50대까지 각 연령대 별로 남녀 3명씩 총 30명을 대상으로 10명씩 3그룹으로 나누어 제1그룹에는 실시 예 1의 천연샴푸, 제2그룹에는 실시 예 2의 천연샴푸, 제3그룹에는 일반 샴푸를 이용하여 매일 아침, 저녁 두 번씩 통상적인 방법으로 머리를 감도록 하여 3개월 후 탈모방지효과, 보습효과, 비듬방지효과(세척효과)에 대해 10점 척도법으로 평가하였다.
그 결과는 아래 표 2에 나타내었다.

상기 도표 2 결과에서 알 수 있듯이 비교 예의 일반 샴푸에 비해 실시 예 1,2의 천연샴푸는 탈모방지효과, 보습효과, 비듬방지효과가 우수한 것을 알 수 있습니다.
그리고 상기 실시 예 1과 실시 예 2의 효과는 거의 비슷하게 나타나는데 실시 예 1보다 실시 예 2가 추가 성분에 의해 미세한 효과 차이를 갖는 것으로 나타났다.
따라서, 본 발명의 천연샴푸는 쌀뜨물 발효액과 그 밖의 아보가드로 껍질, 석류 껍질, 검정콩, 당근, 뽕잎, 장미꽃잎, 오가닉녹차잎, 귤 껍질이 제공하는 성분에 의해 두피의 세제 찌꺼기가 잔류하지 않도록 청결하게 세척하면서 두피 노화방지, 두피 건조방지, 두피 보습은 물론 두피 및 모발에 다양한 영양 성분을 보충하여 주므로서 모발 및 두피 건강과 탈모예방 및 지연 효과, 비듬방지 효과가 우수하게 되는 것이다.
Claims (3)
- 천연샴푸 원료 100 중량부에 쌀뜨물을 발효 처리한 쌀뜨물 발효액 80~100 중량부를 혼합하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 쌀뜨물 발효액을 이용한 탈모방지용 천연샴푸.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 쌀뜨물 발효액은 쌀뜨물 500ml에 천연 방부재 역활을 하는 설탕 10g, 소금 5g이나 당밀 10g을 EM(Effective Microorganisms, 유효 미생물발효효소) 10g과 혼합시켜 상온에서 발효처리한 것을 특징으로 하는 쌀뜨물 발효액을 이용한 탈모방지용 천연샴푸.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 쌀뜨물 발효액은 쌀뜨물 발효액에 건조 처리된 아보가드로 껍질 30g, 석류 껍질 30g, 검정콩 200g , 당근 30g, 뽕잎 30g, 장미꽃잎 30g, 오가닉녹차잎 20g, 귤 껍질 30g 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상을 추가로 200g 이상 혼합시켜 상온에서 발효 처리한 것을 특징으로 하는 쌀뜨물 발효액을 이용한 탈모방지용 천연샴푸.
