Claims (31)
- (a) 액체 담체, 섬유, 및 바인더를 포함하는 출발물질을 제공하는 단계;
(b) 상기 출발물질을 기재 상으로 통과시켜 상기 기재 상에 섬유를 퇴적시키는 단계;
(c) 3차원 섬유 매트릭스를 형성하는 단계; 및
(d) 상기 바인더를 경화시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 매트릭스 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 섬유는 탄소 섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 방법은 5 kPa 이상의 압력을 적용하면서, 열의 적용에 의해 상기 바인더를 경화시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제3항에 있어서,

ⅰ) 제17항 내지 제26항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 프리폼을 제공하는 단계; 및
ⅱ) 상기 프리폼 상에 CVD 또는 CVI 공정을 수행하는 단계.
