Abstract
일례로, 제 1위치에 형성되는 제 1 양극탭을 구비하는 제 1 양극판과 제 2 위치에 형성되는 제 2 양극탭을 구비하는 제 2 양극판을 포함하는 양극판; 음극판; 상기 양극판과 음극판 사이에 개재되는 세퍼레이터;를 포함하며, 상기 제 1 양극판과 제 2 양극판은 교대로 적층되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 조립체 및 이를 포함하는 이차전지가 개시된다.

Claims (16)
- 제 1위치에 형성되는 제 1 양극탭을 구비하는 제 1 양극판과 제 2 위치에 형성되는 제 2 양극탭을 구비하는 제 2 양극판을 포함하는 양극판;
음극판;
상기 양극판과 음극판 사이에 개재되는 세퍼레이터;를 포함하며,
상기 제 1 양극판과 제 2 양극판은 교대로 적층되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 양극탭과 제 2 양극탭의 서로 인접한 측변은 평면도상에서 서로 접하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제1양극탭과 제2양극탭은 상기 양극판의 종축을 중심으로 일측에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 양극탭과 제 2 양극탭은 양극 리드탭에 초음파 융착되어 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체. - 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 양극 리드탭에 초음파 융착된 상기 제1양극탭과 제2양극탭은 상기 양극판의 일측면에서 볼 때 대응되는 호 형상을 이루도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체. - 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 양극 리드탭은 제 1 양극탭의 폭과 제 2 양극탭의 폭의 합을 기준으로 100 내지 120%의 폭을 갖도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 음극판은 제 3위치에 형성되는 제 3 음극탭을 구비하는 제 3 음극판과 제 4 위치에 형성되는 제 4 음극탭을 구비하는 제 4 음극판을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체. - 제 7항에 있어서,
상기 제 3 음극탭과 제 4 음극탭의 서로 인접한 측변은 동일 평면도상에서 서로 접하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체. - 제 7항에 있어서,
상기 제 3 음극탭과 제 4 음극탭은 상기 음극판의 종축을 중심으로 일측에 위치하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체. - 제 7항에 있어서,
상기 제 3 음극탭과 제 4 음극탭은 음극 리드탭에 초음파 융착되어 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체. - 제 10항에 있어서,
상기 음극 리드탭에 초음파 융착된 상기 제 3 음극탭과 제 4 음극탭은 상기 음극판의 일측면에서 볼 때 대응되는 호 형상을 이루도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체. - 제 10항에 있어서,
상기 음극 리드탭은 제 3 음극탭의 폭과 제 4 음극탭의 폭의 합을 기준으로 100 내지 120%의 폭을 갖도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체. - 제 7항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 양극탭 및 제 2 양극탭은 상기 음극판의 종축을 중심으로 일측에 위치하고, 상기 제 3 음극탭 및 제 4 음극탭은 상기 음극판의 종축을 중심으로 타측에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 조립체. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 양극탭 및 제 2 양극탭은 서로 겹치지 않도록 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체. - 제 8항에 있어서,
상기 제 3 음극탭 및 제 4 음극탭은 서로 겹치지 않도록 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체. - 케이스;와
제 1항 내지 제 15항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 전극조립체;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
