- 아연계 도금층의 표면에, 제 1 층 피막과 제 2 층 피막의 2 층 구조가 되는 표면 피막을 갖는 아연계 도금 강판으로서, 상기 제 1 층 피막은, 수용성 지르코늄 화합물 (a) 와, 테트라알콕시실란 (b) 와, 에폭시기를 갖는 화합물 (c) 와, 킬레이트제 (d) 와, 바나드산 화합물 (e) 와, Ti, Al 및 Zn 으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종을 함유하는 금속 화합물 (f) 를, 하기 (I) ? (V) 의 조건을 만족하는 범위에서 함유시키고, 또한 pH 를 8 ? 10 으로 한 표면 처리액 (A) 를, 아연계 도금층의 표면에 도포하고, 가열 건조시켜 얻은 것이고, 상기 제 2 층 피막은, 유기 수지 (h) 를 함유하는 표면 처리액 (B) 를, 상기 제 1 층 피막의 표면에 도포하고, 가열 건조시켜 얻은 것이고, 상기 제 1 층 피막과 상기 제 2 층 피막의 합계 피막 두께가 편면당 0.1 ? 3 ㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 아연계 도금 강판.

상기 표면 처리액 (A) 가, 추가로 논이온계 아크릴 수지 에멀젼 (g) 을 함유하고, 그 논이온계 아크릴 수지 에멀젼의 상기 표면 처리액 (A) 에서 차지하는 비율이, 고형분 비율로 0.5 ? 45.0 질량% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 아연계 도금 강판. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 논이온계 아크릴 수지 에멀젼의 상기 표면 처리액 (A) 에서 차지하는 비율이, 고형분 비율로 0.5 ? 4.5 질량% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 아연계 도금 강판. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 표면 처리액 (B) 중의 유기 수지 (h) 가, OH 기 및/또는 COOH 기를 갖는 유기 수지 (F) 를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아연계 도금 강판. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 표면 처리액 (B) 중의 유기 수지 (h) 가, 일부 또는 전부의 화합물이 활성 수소를 갖는 하이드라진 유도체 (E) 로 이루어지는 활성 수소 함유 화합물 (D) 와의 반응에 의해 생성된 하이드라진 변성 유기 수지 (X) 를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아연계 도금 강판. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 표면 처리액 (B) 가, 추가로 녹 방지 첨가 성분 (Y) 를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아연계 도금 강판. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
