Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- 하기 단계를 포함하는, 액정 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조 방법:
(1) 액정 폴리에스테르 및 용매를 함유하는 액체 조성물을 캐스팅하는 단계;
(2) 용매를 제거하는 단계;
(3) 1.0 ℃/분 이상의 속도로 150 ℃ 이하로부터 액정 폴리에스테르의 액정 전이 온도와 액정 전이 온도 80 ℃ 초과 사이의 온도로, 용매-제거된 필름을 가열하는 단계;
(4) 액정 폴리에스테르의 액정 전이 온도와 액정 전이 온도 80 ℃ 초과 사이의 온도에서 필름을 추가로 가열하는 단계. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 액정 폴리에스테르가 하기 화학식 (1) 로 나타내어지는 반복 단위, 하기 화학식 (2) 로 나타내어지는 반복 단위 및 하기 화학식 (3) 으로 나타내어지는 반복 단위를 포함하는 액정 폴리에스테르인, 액정 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조 방법:
(1) -O-Ar1-CO-,
(2) -CO-Ar2-CO-, 및
(3) -X-Ar3-Y-
[식 중,
Ar1 은 페닐렌기, 나프틸렌기 또는 비페닐릴렌기를 나타내고;
Ar2 및 Ar3 은 각각 독립적으로 페닐렌기, 나프틸렌기, 비페닐릴렌기 또는 하기 화학식 (4) 로 나타내어지는 기를 나타내고;
X 및 Y 는 각각 독립적으로 산소 원자 또는 이미노기를 나타내고;
Ar1, Ar2 또는 Ar3 로 나타내어지는 기에 존재하는 수소 원자는 각각 독립적으로 할로겐 원자, 알킬기 또는 아릴기로 치환될 수 있음], 및
(4) -Ar4-Z-Ar5-
[식 중,
Ar4 및 Ar5 는 각각 독립적으로 페닐렌기 또는 나프틸렌기를 나타내고;
Z 는 산소 원자, 황 원자, 카르보닐기, 술포닐기 또는 알킬리덴기를 나타냄]. - 제 2 항에 있어서, 액정 폴리에스테르가 액정 폴리에스테르를 구성하는 모든 반복 단위의 총량을 기준으로, 30 내지 80 mol% 의 화학식 (1) 로 나타내어지는 반복 단위, 10 내지 35 mol% 의 화학식 (2) 로 나타내어지는 반복 단위, 및 10 내지 35 mol% 의 화학식 (3) 으로 나타내어지는 반복 단위를 포함하는 액정 폴리에스테르인, 액정 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, X 및/또는 Y 가 이미노기(들)인 액정 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 액정 폴리에스테르가 320 ℃ 이하의 액정 전이 온도를 갖는, 액정 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 액정 폴리에스테르가 260 ℃ 이하의 흐름 개시 온도를 갖는 액정 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 액정 폴리에스테르가 13,000 이하의 중량 평균 분자량을 갖는 액정 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조 방법.
