Claims (3)
- 스트립형 압연 스톡, 특히 금속 스트립을 압연하기 위한 방법으로서,
금속 스트립이 우선 산세척 라인을 통과하고 그런 다음 2개의 가역식 권취기 사이에서 가역식 압연기를 통과하며, 그리고 금속 스트립의 말단은 산세척 라인 이전에 후속 금속 스트립의 선단과 용접되며 다듬질 압연된 금속 스트립의 권취 이전에 서로 용접된 금속 스트립들의 절단이 이루어지는, 상기 압연 방법에 있어서,
하기 절차들, 즉
- 산세척 라인으로부터 유출되는 금속 스트립 A가 가역식 롤 스탠드의 두 롤 스탠드(3, 4)를 통과하고 그런 다음 가역식 압연기의 후방에 배치된 가역식 권취기(1) 상에서 권취되며,
- 이 경우 금속 스트립 A의 스트립 말단에는 산세척 라인(5) 내로의 유입 이전에 후속 금속 스트립 B의 선단이 용접된 상태이며,
- 그런 다음 상기 금속 스트립 B의 스트립 선단이 함께 압연되면서, 더욱 정확하게 말하면 권취기 상에서 장력이 형성될 때까지의 권취 길이에 상응하는 길이에 걸쳐서 함께 압연되면서 마찬가지로 가역식 권취기(1) 상으로 이동하고,
- 이후 반전 이동 시에 금속 스트립 B의 이미 압연된 스트립 선단이 아직 압연되지 않은 나머지 금속 스트립 B에 잔존하도록 금속 스트립 B가 금속 스트립 A로부터 전단기(6)에 의해 절단되고,
- 그런 다음 완전한 금속 스트립 A가 가역 압연되며, 이때 상기 금속 스트립 A는 가역식 압연기로부터 유출된 후에 가역식 롤 스탠드의 전방에 배치된 가역식 권취(2) 상으로 이동하며,
- 금속 스트립 A가 가역식 권취기(2) 상에 완전하게 위치하면, 곧바로 금속 스트립 B가 가역식 압연기로 공급되어 상기 금속 스트립 B와 후속 금속 스트립 C를 이용한 전술한 절차들이 반복되는
절차를 특징으로 하는 압연 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 금속 스트립 B 또는 그런 다음 이후 스트립 C의 이미 압연된 스트립 선단의 삽입 시에 가역식 압연기의 롤간 간격이 개방된 상태로 유지되며, 그럼으로써 롤들은 압연된 스트립 선단에 연결되어 압연되지 않은 스트립 부분의 유입 시에 비로소 활성화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압연 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 산세척 라인과 금속 스트립들을 절단하기 위한 전단기 사이에서 일측의 금속 스트립을 가역 압연하는 동안에, 후속 금속 스트립이 스트립 어큐뮬레이터에 축적 보관되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압연 방법.
