Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 중합 촉매계를 사용하여 비환식 공액 디엔과 환식 공액 디엔의 공중합체를 제조하는 방법으로서,
(a) 전이 금속 화합물 또는 란탄계 금속 화합물,
(b) 알킬화제; 및
(c) 무기 할라이드 알코올레이트
를 포함하는 중합 촉매계를 이용하여 1종 이상의 비환식 공액 디엔 단량체를 1종 이상의 환식 공액 디엔 단량체와 중합시키는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 공중합체는 90% 이상의 비환식 공액 디엔 단량체를 함유하고, 수평균 분자량이 40,000 내지 300,000이고, 시스-결합 함량이 92% 이상인 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 공중합체의 수평균 분자량이 50,000 내지 150,000인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1종 이상의 비환식 공액 디엔이 1,3 부타디엔, 이소프렌, 1,3-펜타디엔, 1,3-헥사디엔, 2,3-디메틸-1,3-부타디엔, 2-에틸-1,3-부타디엔, 2-메틸-1,3-펜타디엔, 3-메틸-1,3-펜타디엔, 4-메틸-1,3-펜타디엔 및 2,4-헥사디엔으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1종 이상의 환식 공액 디엔이 1,3-시클로펜탄디엔, 1,3-시클로헥사디엔, 1,3-시클로헵타디엔 및 1,3-시클로옥타디엔, 및 이들의 유도체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합 촉매계가
(a) 니켈, 코발트 및 팔라듐 화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 전이 금속 화합물,
(b) 알킬화제; 및
(c) 무기 할라이드 알코올레이트
를 포함하는 것인 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 중합 촉매계가
(a) 란탄, 사마륨 및 네오디뮴 화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 란탄계 금속 화합물,
(b) 알킬화제; 및
(c) 무기 할라이드 알코올레이트
를 포함하는 것인 방법. - 제5항에 있어서, 전이 금속 화합물이 니켈 벤조에이트, 니켈 아세테이트, 니켈 나프테네이트, 니켈 옥타노에이트, 니켈 네오데카노에이트, 비스(α-푸릴 디옥심) 니켈, 니켈 팔미테이트, 니켈 스테아레이트, 니켈 아세틸아세토네이트, 니켈 살리크알데히드, 비스(시클로펜타디엔) 니켈, 비스(살리실알데히드) 에틸렌 디이민 니켈, 시클로펜타디에닐-니켈 니트로실, 비스(η3-알릴)니켈, 비스(π-시클로옥타-1,5-디엔)니켈, 비스(η3-알릴 니켈 트리플루오로아세테이트), 니켈 테트라카르보닐, 니켈 보로아실레이트, 니켈 네오데카노에이트 보레이트, 니켈 헥사노에이트 보레이트, 니켈 나프테네이트 보레이트, 니켈 스테아레이트 보레이트, 니켈 옥토에이트 보레이트, 니켈 2-에틸헥사노에이트 보레이트, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 무기 할라이드 알코올레이트의 알코올레이트 부분은 4 내지 20개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 무기 할라이드 알코올레이트는 보론 트리플루오라이드 알코올레이트인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알킬화제가 화학식 AlRnX3 -n (식 중, 각각의 R은 동일하거나 상이할 수 있고, 탄소 원자를 통해 알루미늄 원자에 부착된 1가 유기기이고, 각각의 X는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있고, 수소 원자, 카르복실레이트기, 알콕시드기 또는 아릴옥시드기이고, n은 1 내지 3의 정수임)으로 표시되는 유기알루미늄 화합물인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단량체에 첨가되기 전에 중합 촉매계의 적어도 일부 이상이, 전이 금속 화합물 또는 란탄계 금속 화합물을 알킬화제와 혼합한 후, 무기 할라이드 알코올레이트와 혼합하는 것을 포함하는 공정에 의해 미리 형성되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공중합체의 다분산 지수가 2 내지 5인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공중합체의 시스-결합 함량이 95% 이상인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1종 이상의 비환식 공액 디엔이 1,3-부타디엔이고, 1종 이상의 환식 공액 디엔이 1,3-시클로헥사디엔이고, 금속 함유 화합물이 니켈 옥타노에이트이고, 무기 할라이드 알코올레이트가 붕소 트리플루오라이드 헥산올레이트이고, 알킬화제가 트리이소부틸 알루미늄이고, 공중합체의 다분산도가 2 내지 5이고 시스-결합 함량이 95% 이상인 방법.
- 1종 이상의 환식 공액 디엔 단량체 및 1종 이상의 비환식 공액 디엔 단량체를 포함하는 1종 이상의 공중합체 - 1종 이상의 공중합체는 90% 이상의 비환식 공액 디엔 단량체를 함유하고, 수평균 분자량이 50,000 내지 150,000이고, 시스-결합 함량이 92% 이상임 -, 및
1종 이상의 고무 화합물
을 포함하는 고무 조성물. - 제15항에 있어서, 40 내지 60 phr의 1종 이상의 공중합체를 포함하는 고무 조성물.
- 제15항에 있어서, 1종 이상의 고무 화합물은 천연 고무, 폴리이소프렌, 폴리부타디엔 및 스티렌-부타디엔 공중합체 고무로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 고무 조성물.
- 제1항의 방법에 의해 제조된 1종 이상의 공중합체 30 phr 이상, 및
천연 고무, 폴리이소프렌, 폴리부타디엔 및 스티렌-부타디엔 공중합체 고무로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 고무 화합물 70 phr 미만
을 포함하는 고무 조성물. - 제14항의 방법에 의해 제조된 1종 이상의 공중합체 30 phr 이상, 및
천연 고무, 폴리이소프렌, 폴리부타디엔 및 스티렌-부타디엔 공중합체 고무로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 고무 화합물 70 phr 미만
을 포함하는 고무 조성물. - 트레드 성분, 내부 및 외부 측벽 성분, 및 케이싱 성분을 포함하며, 여기서 내부 및 외부 측벽 성분 및 케이싱 성분으로부터 선택된 성분 중 하나 이상은 제1항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 공중합체를 포함하는 것인 공기 타이어.
