Claims (14)
- 환자의 혈관 내로 삽입하기 위한 스텐트(stent)로서,
전방 개방 단부 및 후방 개방 단부 그리고 이들 사이에서 연장하는 길이방향 축을 구비한 튜브형 부재로서, 상기 튜브형 부재는 상기 혈관 내로의 삽입을 위한 제1 소경(smaller diameter) 및 상기 혈관 내로의 전개를 위한 제2 대경(larger diameter)을 갖고, 상기 튜브형 부재는 상기 길이방향 축에 대해 근위(proximal) 개방 단부 및 원위(distal) 개방 단부를 각각 갖는 복수의 인접한 후프(hoop)들을 포함하고, 상기 후프들은 복수의 길이방향 스트럿(strut)들, 및 실질적인 S 또는 Z 형상의 패턴으로 일련의 피크(peak)들 및 밸리(valley)들을 형성하도록 원주방향으로 인접한 스트럿들을 연결하는 복수의 루프(loop)들을 포함하는, 상기 튜브형 부재; 및
반복 패턴으로 인접한 후프들 상의 루프들 사이에 연결된 복수의 브리지(bridge)들로서, 상기 루프들 및 후프들 사이의 각각의 상기 연결부는 연결 영역을 형성하고, 상기 반복 패턴은 상기 인접한 후프들 중 하나의 후프의 주어진 단부에 대한 루프들의 총 개수 대 상기 동일한 후프의 상기 동일한 단부에 대한 연결 영역들의 개수의 비(ratio)이며, 상기 비는 정수인, 상기 브리지들
을 포함하는, 환자의 혈관 내로 삽입하기 위한 스텐트. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비는 2:1인, 환자의 혈관 내로 삽입하기 위한 스텐트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비는 4:1인, 환자의 혈관 내로 삽입하기 위한 스텐트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비는 8:1인, 환자의 혈관 내로 삽입하기 위한 스텐트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 브리지는 각각의 단부 상에서 만곡형 브리지 루프 부재의 제1 단부에 직접 연결된 긴 선형 스트럿 부재를 포함하고, 각각의 만곡형 브리지 루프 부재의 제2 단부는 상기 연결 영역에서 상기 루프 부재에 직접 연결되는, 환자의 혈관 내로 삽입하기 위한 스텐트.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 튜브형 부재의 원주 대 상기 긴 선형 스트럿 부재의 길이의 비는 4 초과인, 환자의 혈관 내로 삽입하기 위한 스텐트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인접한 후프들 상의 루프들은 길이방향 축에 대해 동일한 방향으로 배향되는, 환자의 혈관 내로 삽입하기 위한 스텐트.
