Abstract
상기와 같이 구성되는 본 발명의 접착성이 우수한 장섬유 폴리프로필렌 부직포 및 그 제조방법은 친수성을 부여하는 방법으로 특정의 비이온성 계면활성제를 적용하여 일정 수준 이상의 친수성을 부여하면서 테이프와의 접착성을 우수하게 하여, 종래의 친수 계면활성제를 도포하여 생산된 장섬유 폴리프로필렌 부직포의 테이프와의 접착성이 낮아 공정이나 제품 품질 면에서 저하를 야기할 수 있었던 문제점을 완전히 해결하였다.

Claims (5)
- 장섬유 폴리프로필렌 스펀본드 부직포에 있어서, 용융방사 및 열압착 공정을 거친 장섬유 폴리프로필렌 스펀본드 부직포의 표면에 비이온성 친수 계면활성제를 도포하여 얻은 것임을 특징으로 하는 접착성이 우수한 장섬유 폴리프로필렌 부직포.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌은 호모폴리프로필렌으로서 용융지수가 20 내지 40g/10min이고, 아이소택틱 지수가 90%이상이며, 용융점이 160 내지 165℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 접착성이 우수한 장섬유 폴리프로필렌 부직포.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 친수 계면활성제는 부직포 총중량에 대하여 0.4 내지 2.0 중량% 함유된 것으로, 더욱 바람직하게는 0.7 내지 1.5 중량% 함유로 구성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 접착성이 우수한 장섬유 폴리프로필렌 부직포.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 부직포는 기저귀에 부착된 테이프와의 접착강도가 0.5kg/2.4cm를 넘으면서도 흡수도 3.5초, 침강법 3초 이하를 유지함을 특징으로 하는 장섬유 폴리프로필렌 부직포.
