도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 따라 2차원으로 배치된 코드 패턴(3×2 형태) 및 수광 소자 어레이 배치 방법 예시도.
도 4는 본 발명의 실시예에 따라 2차원으로 배치된 코드 패턴(2×3 형태) 및 수광 소자 어레이 배치 방법의 예시도.
도 5는 본 발명의 실시예에 따라 광학 엔코더의 분해능을 향상시키기 위한 추가 수광 소자 어레이의 배치 방법의 예시도.
Claims (6)
- 회전각 정보를 생성하는 광학식 엔코더에 대하여, 회전각 정보를 생성하기 위한 코드 디스크 패턴에 대하여 2차원 형태로 배치된 코드 패턴을 형성하고, 이를 감지하기 위하여 2차원으로 배열된 수광 소자 어레이를 내장한 수광부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 엔코더.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
코드 디스크에 내장된 회전각 정보 코드화 수행 시 2차원으로 배열된 코드 배치를 이용하여 회전각 정보를 생성하는 코드 배치 및 설계 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
제 2 항의 명시된 방법으로 제작된 2차원으로 배열된 코드가 내장된 코드 디스크 설계 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,
2차원으로 배치된 코드 패턴에 분해능 향상 및 회전각 감지 정확도 향상을 위하여 추가적으로 코드 패턴을 배치하는 것으로 특징으로 하는 디스크 설계 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
코드 디스크에 2차원으로 배치된 회전각 코드 정보를 감지하기 위하여 2차원 형태로 배치된 수광 소자 어레이 배치 및 설계 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 수광 소자 어레이 배치에 있어서 광학 엔코더의 분해능 향상을 위하여 일정한 간격을 두고 추가 수광 소자 어레이를 배치하는 것으로 특징으로 하는 수광 소자 어레이 배치 및 설계 방법.
