Claims (11)
- 유리 플레이크(Glass flake), 운모(mica), 티탄 코팅 유리 플레이크(titania coated glass flake), 티탄 코팅 운모(titania coated mica), 산화철 코팅 운모(iron oxide coated mica), 산화철 코팅 유리 플레이크(iron oxide coated glass flake), 판상 산화철, 판상 알루미나 및 판상 실리카 중 선택된 하나 또는 2 이상의 혼합물로 이루어진 기질의 표면에 주석 화합물 코팅층을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 주석 화합물 상부에 질산은 희석액, 암모니아수, 구연산용액 및 수산화칼륨 희석액을 이용한 환류 및 무전해 도금 공정으로 은 코팅층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 은(Ag) 코팅 안료 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 주석 화합물 코팅층은
상기 기질 중량의 1 ~ 10 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 은(Ag) 코팅 안료 제조 방법.

항균력검정 시험(Antimicrobial Activity)에서 99.9% 이상의 박테리아 제거율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 은(Ag) 코팅 안료 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 은 코팅층은
10dB 이상의 전자파 차폐율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 은(Ag) 코팅 안료 제조 방법.
- (a) 플레이크 기질을 1~10 중량%의 농도로 희석한 염산용액에 혼합하여 10 ~ 20중량%의 고형분을 갖는 슬러리를 제조하는 단계;
(b) 상기 슬러리를 환류하여, 기질의 표면에 불순물을 제거하는 단계;
(c) 상기 (b) 단계의 슬러리에 SnCl2?2H2O을 첨가하고, 환류하여 상기 기질의 표면에 상기 기질 중량의 1 ~ 10 중량%인 주석 화합물 전처리층이 형성되도록 하는 단계;
(d) 상기 슬러리를 탈수 및 수세 공정으로 전처리층이 피복된 안료 분말 형성하는 단계;
(e) 질산은, 순수, 암모니아수 및 구연산나트륨을 혼합하여 질산은 희석액을 형성하고, 상기 전처리층이 피복된 안료 분말을 혼합하여 현탁액을 형성하는 단계;
(f) 상기 현탁액에 포도당 희석액을 혼합하고, 환류 공정을 수행하는 단계;
(g) 상기 (f) 단계의 현탁액에 수산화칼륨(KOH)을 희석액을 혼합하고, 추가 환류하는 단계;
(h) 상기 (g) 단계의 현탁액에 구연산 용액을 투입하고, 최종적으로 환류 및 무전해 도금 공정을 수행하여, 상기 전처리층 상부에 상기 기질 중량의 10 ~ 35 중량%인 은(Ag) 코팅층을 형성하는 단계; 및
(i) 상기 (h) 단계의 현탁액을 탈수 및 수세를 한 뒤, 30 ~ 100℃에서 건조하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 은(Ag) 코팅 안료 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 (b) 단계 및 상기 (c) 단계의 환류는
각각 1 ~ 3시간 동안 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 은(Ag) 코팅 안료 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 (e) 단계의 질산은 희석액은 상기 기질 중량 대비 10 ~ 70 중량%의 질산은을 포함하고,
상기 암모니아수는 상기 질산은 중량 대비 50 ~ 150 중량%, 상기 구연산나트륨은 상기 질산은 중량 대비 30 ~ 100 중량%를 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 은(Ag) 코팅 안료 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 (f) 단계의 포도당 희석액은
상기 질산은의 중량을 기준으로 100 ~ 200 중량%의 포도당을 순수에 희석한 것을 특징으로 하는 은(Ag) 코팅 안료 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 (g) 단계의 수산화칼륨(KOH) 희석액의 혼합은
상기 질산은 100 중량%을 기준으로 100 ~ 200 중량%의 수산화칼륨을 순수에 희석하되, 정량 펌프를 이용하여 1 ~ 3시간 동안 투입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 은(Ag) 코팅 안료 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 (h) 단계의 구연산 용액의 투입은
상기 질산은 100 중량%를 기준으로 50 ~ 200 중량%의 구연산 용액을 투입하고, 상기 최종 환류는 50 ~ 70분 동안 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 은(Ag) 코팅 안료 제조 방법.
