Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- 열 전도성 물질과 아크릴 중합체 성분이 함유되어 있는 열 전도성 점착제 조성물이 시트 형상으로 성형되어 이루어지는 점착제층을 구비하는 열 전도성 양면 점착 시트이며,
피착체에 대한 한쪽 면의 점착력이 다른 쪽 면의 점착력보다 강해지도록, 상기 한쪽 면을 형성하는 강 점착제층과 상기 다른 쪽 면을 형성하는 약 점착제층이 적층되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 전도성 양면 점착 시트. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 강 점착제층은 아크릴 중합체 성분 100 중량부에 대하여 열 전도성 물질을 150 중량부 미만 함유하고 있음과 함께, 상기 약 점착제층은 아크릴 중합체 성분 100 중량부에 대하여 열 전도성 물질을 150 중량부 이상 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 전도성 양면 점착 시트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 약 점착제층의 SUS 304 강판에 대한 점착력은 5.0N/20mm 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 열 전도성 양면 점착 시트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 강 점착제층의 SUS 304 강판에 대한 점착력은 5.0N/20mm 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열 전도성 양면 점착 시트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 열 전도성 물질은 질화붕소, 수산화알루미늄 및 산화알루미늄으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 물질로 구성되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 전도성 양면 점착 시트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 강 점착제층 및 약 점착제층의 열전도율은 0.5W/m?K 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열 전도성 양면 점착 시트.
