Description
도 2는 광 변환 확산 시트를 도시한 단면도이다.
도 3은 실시예에 따른 액정표시장치가 영상을 표시하는 과정을 도시한 도면이다.
도 4는 광 변환 확산 시트 내에서 광이 진행되는 과정을 도시한 도면이다.
도 5 내지 도 7은 실시예에 따른 광 변환 확산 시트를 제조하는 과정을 도시한 단면도들이다.
도 8은 다른 실시예에 따른 광 변환 확산 시트를 도시한 단면도이다.
Claims (9)
- 호스트층;
상기 호스트층 내에 배치되는 다수 개의 파장 변환 입자들; 및
상기 호스트층 내에 배치되는 다수 개의 광 경로 변경 입자들을 포함하는 광학 시트. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 파장 변환 입자들은 입사광의 파장을 변환시키는 광학 시트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 파장 변환 입자들의 직경은 1㎚ 내지 10㎚이고,
상기 광 경로 변경 입자들의 직경은 1㎛ 내지 10㎛인 광학 시트. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 호스트층은 실리콘계 수지를 포함하는 광학 시트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 광 경로 변경 입자들의 굴절율 및 상기 호스트층의 굴절율의 차이는 0.3 내지 1.5인 광학 시트.
- 호스트층; 상기 호스트층 내에 배치되는 다수 개의 파장 변환 입자들; 및 상기 호스트층 내에 배치되는 다수 개의 광 경로 변경 입자들을 포함하는 광학 시트를 포함하는 표시장치.
- 다수 개의 파장 변환 입자들 및 다수 개의 광 경로 변경 입자들을 포함하는 수지 조성물을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 수지 조성물을 경화시키는 단계를 포함하는 광학 시트의 제조방법. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 수지 조성물을 경화시키는 단계는,
상기 수지 조성물을 희생 기판 상에 코팅하는 단계;
상기 코팅된 수지 조성물을 경화시키는 단계; 및
상기 수지 조성물이 경화된 후, 상기 희생 기판을 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 광학 시트의 제조방법. - 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 파장 변환 입자들의 직경은 1㎚ 내지 10㎚이고,
상기 광 경로 변경 입자들의 직경은 1㎛ 내지 10㎛인 광학 시트의 제조방법.
