Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명에 관한 수직형 쓰레기 소각로에 있어서의 소각재 배출판을 도시하는 평면도이다.
도 3의 (a) 내지 (f)는 연소용 공기의 공급량을 이론 공기량의 0.8 내지 1.3배로 한 경우의 수직형 쓰레기 소각로에 있어서의 퇴적층의 연소 상태를 설명하는 설명도이다.
도 4의 (a) 내지 (f)는 연소용 공기의 공급량을 이론 공기량의 0.2 내지 0.8배로 한 경우의 수직형 쓰레기 소각로에 있어서의 퇴적층의 연소 상태를 설명하는 설명도이다.

Claims (3)
- 수직형의 노 내에 폐기물을 순차적으로 투입하고, 노 내에 투입된 폐기물이 형성하는 퇴적층에 연소용 공기를 공급하면서 폐기물을 연소시키고, 연소가 완결된 소각재를 노 저부로부터 노 외부로 순차적으로 배출함으로써 폐기물을 소각 처리하는 수직형 쓰레기 소각로에 있어서의 연소용 공기의 공급 방법이며, 이 공급 방법은, 소각 처리 중, 연소용 공기의 공급량이, 퇴적층 중의 폐기물을 완전 연소시키기 위해 필요한 이론 공기량의 0.2 내지 0.8배로 되도록 제어하고, 상기 퇴적층의 하부로부터 상부를 향해 연소용 공기 중의 산소가 감소하도록 연소용 공기를 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 수직형 쓰레기 소각로에 있어서의 연소용 공기의 공급 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 퇴적층의 하부로부터만 연소용 공기를 공급하는, 수직형 쓰레기 소각로에 있어서의 연소용 공기의 공급 방법.
- 수직형의 노 내에 폐기물을 순차적으로 투입하고, 노 내에 투입된 폐기물이 형성하는 퇴적층에 연소용 공기를 공급하면서 폐기물을 연소시키고, 연소가 완결된 소각재를 노 저부에 배치된 소각재 배출판으로부터 노 외부로 순차적으로 배출함으로써 폐기물을 소각 처리하는 수직형 쓰레기 소각로이며,
이 수직형 쓰레기 소각로는,
상기 소각재 배출판에 퇴적층의 저부로부터 연소용 공기를 공급하기 위한 복수의 공기구가 형성되어 이루어지고,
소각 처리 중, 상기 공기구로부터 연소용 공기가 공급되는 것이며,
또한, 연소용 공기의 공급량이 퇴적층 중의 폐기물을 완전 연소시키기 위해 필요한 이론 공기량의 0.2 내지 0.8배로 되도록 제어하는 제어 기구가 구비되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 수직형 쓰레기 소각로.
