Claims (9)
- 적어도 제1상 및 제2상의 2개로 이루어진 상의 산화물상이 연속적으로 또한 3차원적으로 상호 얽힌 조직을 가진 하기 식 1로 표시되는 조성물로 이루어진 응고체로서,
상기 제1상은 형광을 발하는 Ce에 의해 부활된(activated) Y3Al5O12상이고, 상기 제2상은 Al2O3상이며,
상기 응고체의 단면의 97면적% 이상이 상기 제1상 및 상기 제2상인 것을 특징으로 하는 광변환용 세라믹 복합체:

x?AlO 3/2 - y?(a?YO 3/2 - c?CeO 2 )
식 중, x, y, a 및 c는 몰분율이고, 0.770<x<0.835, 0.002≤c<0.012, x+y=1 및 a+c=1이다. - 제1항에 있어서, 파장 420㎚ 내지 500㎚에 피크를 지니는 광을 흡수함으로써, 550㎚ 내지 565㎚에 피크를 지니는 형광을 발하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광변환용 세라믹 복합체.
- 적어도 제1상 및 제2상의 2개로 이루어진 상의 산화물상이 연속적으로 또한 3차원적으로 상호 얽힌 조직을 가진 하기 식 2로 표시되는 조성물로 이루어진 응고체로서,
상기 제1상은 Gd 및 형광을 발하는 Ce에 의해 부활된 Y3Al5O12상이고, 상기 제2상은 Al2O3상이며,
상기 응고체의 단면의 97면적% 이상이 상기 제1상 및 상기 제2상인 것을 특징으로 하는 광변환용 세라믹 복합체:

식 중, x, y, a, b 및 c는 몰분율이고, 0.770<x<0.835, 0<b<0.2, 0<c<0.01, x+y=1 및 a+b+c=1이다. - 제3항에 있어서, 파장 420㎚ 내지 500㎚에 피크를 지니는 광을 흡수함으로써, 550㎚ 내지 580㎚에 피크를 지니는 형광을 발하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광변환용 세라믹 복합체.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 광변환용 세라믹 복합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 발광 소자가 파장 420㎚ 내지 500㎚에 피크를 지니는 광을 발하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 발광 소자가 발광 다이오드 소자인 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 원료 산화물을 융해시키고, 1방향 응고법에 의해 융해물을 응고시켜서 광변환용 세라믹 복합체를 제조하는 방법으로서,
상기 원료 산화물이 하기 식 3으로 표시되는 조성물이고, 또한 상기 1방향 응고법의 응고 방향에 부여되는 온도 저하 구배가 40℃/㎝ 이상 및 응고 방향으로의 이동 속도가 25㎜/시간 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 광변환용 세라믹 복합체의 제조방법:

식 중, x', y', a' 및 c'는 몰분율이고, 0.770<x'<0.835, 0.004≤c'<0.04, x'+y'=1 및 a'+c'=1이다. - 원료 산화물을 융해시키고, 1방향 응고법에 의해 융해물을 응고시켜서 광변환용 세라믹 복합체를 제조하는 방법으로서,
상기 원료 산화물이 하기 식 4로 표시되는 조성물이고, 또한 상기 1방향 응고법의 응고 방향에 부여되는 온도 저하 구배가 40℃/㎝ 이상 및 응고 방향으로의 이동 속도가 25㎜/시간 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 제3항 또는 제4항에 기재된 광변환용 세라믹 복합체의 제조방법:
