도 2는 본 발명에 따른 형상 기억 합금을 이용한 마찰 댐퍼를 도시한 단면도,

도 4는 도 2에 도시된 마찰 댐퍼의 전류 인가시의 작동 상태를 도시한 도면.

Claims (3)
- 내부에 소정 공간을 갖는 실린더;
상기 실린더 내부에서 수직방향으로 이동하는 피스톤 로드;
상기 피스톤 로드의 외주면과 마찰되어 댐핑력을 발생하는 마찰 부재;
상기 마찰 부재가 수용되도록 상기 실린더에 형성된 마찰 부재 수용부; 및
상기 마찰 부재 수용부의 내부에서 상기 피스톤 로드의 길이방향을 따라 상기 마찰 부재의 양단에 각각 연결되고, 외부로부터 인가되는 전류에 의한 열에 의해 강성이 증가되도록 변형됨으로써, 상기 마찰 부재를 선택적으로 고정시키는 형상 기억 합금 부재를 포함하는 형상 기억 합금을 이용한 마찰 댐퍼.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 마찰 부재 수용부는 상기 피스톤 로드의 외주면을 둘러싸는 형태로 형성되고, 상기 마찰 부재는 상기 피스톤 로드의 외주면을 둘러싸며 상기 피스톤 로드의 이동에 따라 수직방향으로 이동될 수 있는 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 형상 기억 합금을 이용한 마찰 댐퍼.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 형상 기억 합금은 전류 인가시 강성이 증가되어 상기 마찰 부재가 상기 마찰 부재 수용부 내부에 고정되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 형상 기억 합금을 이용한 마찰 댐퍼.
