도 5는 본 발명에서 발청과 아연도금박리 현상이 없는 산화막 제거제 약품을 구현하는 금속이온의 화학 작용을 설명하는 도면,
도 6 내지 도 11은 본 발명의 산화막 제거제를 원액 또는 용매에 희석 사용시 산화막 제거하기 전후 사진 및 주사 전자현미경(SEM) 촬영 사진도.

Claims (6)
- 금속표면에 발생한 산화막을 제거를 위하여, 원액 또는 용매에 희석시 pH 1.5 ~ 5.5이며, pH 1.5~5.5에서 분해되지 아니하고 KMnO4의 산화환원 적정법으로 측정이 가능한 하이드라진(Hydrazine) 화합물 또는 차인산계열 화합물을 0.2 ~ 20 w/v % 함유한 산화막 제거제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화막 제거제는 처리 온도가 5~65℃, 처리 시간이 1 ~ 5분임을 특징으로하는 산화막 제거제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 강판에 발청을 지연시키거나 억제시키며 아연도금강판의 손상을 막기 위하여 아연(Zn)이온, 알루미늄(Al)이온, 칼슘(Ca)이온을 적어도 한성분 이상 포함하는 금속이온을 0.05 ~ 1.0 w/v % 함유한 산화막 제거제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하이드라진 화합물은 히드라진 벤전(Hydrazine benzene), 히드라진 카보네이트(Hydrazine carbonate), 히드라진 카복시오아마이드(Hydrazine carbothioamide), 히드라진 카복사마이드(Hydrazine carboxamide), 히드라진 하이드라이드(Hydrazine hydride), 히드라진 브로마이드(Hydrazine bromide), 히드라진 클로라이드(Hydrazine chloride), 히드라진 설페이드(Hydrazine sulfate), 히드라진- 에탄올(Hydrazine - ethanol), 히드라진 살프(Hydrazine salf)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 산화막 제거제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 차인산계열의 환원제는 하이포인산염(Hypophosphate)(K,Na염), 하이포아인산(Hypophosphorous acid)을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 산화막 제거제.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항의 산화막 제거제를 이용하여 금속 전처리공정의 앞이나 전처리공정내 탕세공정, 탈지공정, 탕세 및 탈세 공통 공정중 하나에서 건욕하여서 금속표면에 발생한 산화막을 제거하는 산화막 제거방법.
