Abstract
본 발명의 방법으로 기존의 지렁이 사육을 이용한 하수슬러지의 지렁이처리 방식에 있어서 전처리 공정으로서 20-50일 동안의 부숙 공정이 필수이었으나 본 발명에 의한 광합성 세균을 포함하는 5종의 복합 균주를 하수슬러지와 혼합 이용하여 지렁이 섭식에 안정성을 높여주어 전처리 공정없이 직접 지렁이 급이가 가능하도록 하는 이점이 있다.
또한, 하수슬러지에 광합성 세균을 포함하는 5종의 복합 균주를 본처리 공정 전에 접종함으로써 처리 공정에서 발생되는 악취를 제거하는 장점을 갖는다.

Claims (3)
- 광합성 세균을 포함하는 5종의 복합 균주를 이용하여 하수슬러지에 혼합 처리하여 지렁이에게 급이하여 지렁이퇴비화 처리(Vermicomposting)하는 방법으로 제조하는 인공토양 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 5종의 복합 균주는 Rodobacter capsulata , Bacillus megaterium, Geobacillus stearothermophilus , Rhodococcus sp .를 특징으로 하는 미생물을 혼합 처리하여 하수슬러지를 별도의 전처리 공정없이 지렁이에게 먹이로 급이시켜 지렁이퇴비화 처리하여 인공토양을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 5종의 복합 균주를 각각 x108으로 배양하여, 각 미생물을 동량 혼합하여 제조한 미생물 배양액을 하수슬러지 1톤에 대해 10리터의 비율로 접종한 후에 혼합하여 하수슬러지를 별도의 전처리 공정없이 지렁이에게 급이시켜 지렁이퇴비화 처리하는 방법으로 인공토양을 제조하는 방법.
