Claims (7)
- 연료전지 막전극접합체를 수용성 유기용매, 계면활성제 및 물을 포함하는 용액에 침지하는 단계; 및
상기 용액에 침지된 연료전지 막전극접합체로부터 전해질막과 가스확산층을 분리하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 계면활성제는 양이온성 계면활성제 및 음이온성 계면활성제로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는,
연료전지 막전극접합체로부터 전해질과 가스확산층의 분리방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 수용성 유기용매는 C1~C5인 알코올, 아세톤 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는,
연료전지 막전극접합체로부터 전해질과 가스확산층의 분리방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 수용성 유기용매는 부탄올인 것을 특징으로 하는,
연료전지 막전극접합체로부터 전해질과 가스확산층의 분리방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 용액은
총 부피에 대하여,
상기 수용성 유기용매 5~20부피%;
상기 계면활성제 5~30부피%; 및
상기 물 잔량을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
연료전지 막전극접합체로부터 전해질과 가스확산층의 분리방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 양이온 계면활성제는 아민계 계면활성제인 것을 특징으로 하는,
연료전지 막전극접합체로부터 전해질과 가스확산층의 분리방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 음이온 계면활성제는 숙시네이트계 계면활성제인 것을 특징으로 하는,
연료전지 막전극접합체로부터 전해질과 가스확산층의 분리방법. - 연료전지 막전극접합체를 수용성 유기용매, 계면활성제 및 물을 포함하는 용액에 침지하는 단계;
상기 용액에 침지된 연료전지 막전극접합체로부터 전해질막과 가스확산층을 분리하는 단계; 및
상기 가스확산층을 70~90℃에서 백금족 금속 산화제의 존재 하에 염산에 침지시켜 백금족 금속을 회수하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 계면활성제는 양이온성 계면활성제 및 음이온성 계면활성제로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는,
연료전지 막전극접합체로부터 백금족 금속의 회수방법.
