Abstract
즉, 본 고안은 밀폐된 건조룸의 상측과 하측에 서로 반대 방향에 위치하도록 투입구와 배출구를 형성하고, 저속 구동하는 한 쌍의 스크루에 의해 계분이 이동될 수 있게 하고, 건조룸의 바닥에는 전기히터를 매립 설치하고 천장에는 근적외선등을 설치하여 이동하는 계분을 가열 건조하며, 배출구 쪽에는 증기배출구를 함께 설치하며, 건조룸의 외부에는 보온을 위한 보온수단를 씌워 구성한 것으로, 투입구를 통해서 공급되는 계분이 저속으로 이동할 때 건조룸 바닥과 천장에 설치되어 있는 전기히터와 근적외선등에 의해 가열되면서 신속한 건조가 이루어지며, 구성이 간단하고 콤팩트한 제작이 가능하므로, 제작비용 절감과 아울러 설치공간을 최소화 할 수 있으면서도 함수율 저감에 큰 효과를 개선할 수 있는 것이다.

Claims (1)
- 보온수단(5)으로 외부가 감싸진 밀폐 건조룸(2) 내측으로 모터 및 감속기(8)에 의해 저속 구동되는 한 쌍의 스크루(7)(7')를 설치하여 건조룸(2)에 형성된 투입구(3)로 투입된 계분(A)을 배출구(4)쪽으로 이동시키면서 건조하고 발생된 증기를 증기배출구(6)로 배출토록 한 계분 건조장치(1)에 있어서,
건조룸(2)의 바닥(2a) 내부에는 전기히터(9)를 설치하고,
건조룸(2)의 상부 천장에는 수개의 근적외선등(10)을 설치하여 이동하는 계분(A)을 가열 건조할 수 있게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 계분 건조장치.
