Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 일례에 따라 마그네슘 판재에 불소수지층을 부착하는 공정을 개략적으로 나타낸 것이다.
도 3은 2d-draw bending 시험 후 시편의 표면 상태를 나타낸 것이고, (a)는 불소수지를 부착한 시편에 대한 것이고, (b)는 불소수지를 부착하지 않은 일반 시편에 대한 것이다.
도 4는 불소수지를 부착하지 않은 마그네슘 강판이 성형과정에서 금형에 달라붙은 모습을 나타낸 것이다.
Claims (7)
- 마그네슘 강판의 제조방법에 있어서,
상기 마그네슘 강판에 접착제 공급롤을 이용하여 접착제를 도포시키는 단계;
상기 접착제가 도포된 마그네슘 강판에 불소수지 공급롤을 이용하여 불소수지층을 도포시키는 단계 및 상기 불소수지층이 도포된 마그네슘 강판을 부착롤을 이용하여 불소수지층과 마그네슘 강판을 결합시키는 단계를 포함하는 표면품질, 성형성 및 내식성이 우수한 마그네슘 강판의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 접착제 및 불소수지층은 마그네슘 강판의 한면 또는 양면에 결합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면품질, 성형성 및 내식성이 우수한 마그네슘 강판의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 불소수지층의 두께는 0.05~0.5㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면품질, 성형성 및 내식성이 우수한 마그네슘 강판의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 불소수지층은 PTFE(Polytetra Fluoro Ethylene) 및 PFA(Perfluoroalkoxy) 계열 중 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면품질, 성형성 및 내식성이 우수한 마그네슘 강판의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 접착제는 열가소성 수지이고, 융점이 250℃ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면품질, 성형성 및 내식성이 우수한 마그네슘 강판의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 접착제는 폴리 올레핀(Polyolefin), 폴리 아마이드(Polyamide), 폴리 에스테르(Polyester) 및 합성 고무 계열의 열가소성 수지 중 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면품질, 성형성 및 내식성이 우수한 마그네슘 강판의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 6 중 어느 한 항의 제조방법에 의하여 제조된 표면품질, 성형성 및 내식성이 우수한 마그네슘 강판.
