Description
Claims (14)
- (a) 하기 화학식 II의 화합물을 제공하는 단계;
(b) 상기 화학식 II의 화합물을 환원제로 환원시켜 하기 화학식 III의 화합물을 수득하는 단계; 및
(c) 단계 (b)에서 수득한 화학식 III의 화합물을 [11C]C1 - 4알킬-LG1 또는 [18F]-C1-4플루오로알킬-LG2와 반응시키는 단계이고, 여기서, LG1 및 LG2가 독립적으로 할로, 또는 기 -O-SO2-R1이고, R1이 임의로 치환된 C6 - 10아릴, 임의로 치환된 C1 - 4알킬, 또는 C1 - 4플루오로알킬을 나타내고, 상기 반응이 적합한 용매 중에서 수행되는 것인 단계
를 포함하는, 하기 화학식 I의 양전자 방출 단층촬영(positron emission tomography, PET) 트레이서(tracer)를 수득하는 방법.

X1은 C1-4알킬 또는 할로로부터 선택된 X 기이고,

Q는 [11C]C1 - 4알킬- 또는 [18F]-C1 - 4플루오로알킬-이다.
<화학식 II>
상기 식에서,
X11 및 X12는 동일하고, 둘다 X1에 대해서 정의된 바와 같은 X 기이고,
Y11 및 Y12는 동일하고, 둘다 Y1에 대해서 정의된 바와 같은 Y 기이고,
Z11 및 Z12는 동일하고, 둘다 Z1에 대해서 정의된 바와 같은 Z 기이다.

상기 식에서,
X21은 X1에 대해서 정의된 바와 같은 X 기이고,
Y21은 Y1에 대해서 정의된 바와 같은 Y 기이고,
Z21은 Z1에 대해서 정의된 바와 같은 Z 기이다. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 X 기가 할로인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 Y 기가 C1-4알킬인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 Z 기가 메틸인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 X 기가 클로로이고, 상기 Y 기가 메틸이고, 상기 Z 기가 메틸인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 (b)에서 사용된 상기 환원제가 수소화붕소나트륨 (NaBH4), 염산 중의 아연, 아세트산 중의 아연, 염산 중의 마그네슘, 에탄올 중의 텔루르화수소나트륨 (NaTeH), 테트라히드로푸란 중의 수소화알루미늄리튬 (LiAlH4), 염화암모늄 중의 인듐, 및 수소화나트륨 (NaH)으로부터 선택된 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 반응 단계 (c)에서, 화학식 III의 화합물을 [18F]-C1-4플루오로알킬-LG2와 반응시키는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 환원 단계 (b) 및 상기 반응 단계 (c)를 속발적 순서(immediate sequence)로 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 환원 단계 (b) 및 상기 반응 단계 (c)를 동일 용기 내에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 자동화된 방법.
- 하기 화학식 IV의 화합물을 하기 화학식 V의 화합물과 반응시켜서, 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 화학식 II의 화합물을 수득하는 단계, 및
상기 화학식 II의 화합물을 제1항 또는 제7항에 정의된 환원제를 사용하여 환원시켜 상기 화학식 III의 화합물을 수득하는 단계
를 포함하는, 제1항 및 제3항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 화학식 III의 화합물의 제조 방법.
<화학식 IV>
상기 식에서, X31 및 X32는 동일하고, 둘다 제1항, 제3항 및 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 바와 같은 X 기이다.
<화학식 V>
상기 식에서, Y41은 제1항, 제4항 및 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 바와 같은 Y 기이고, Z41은 제1항, 제5항 및 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 바와 같은 Z 기이다. - (i) 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 화학식 II의 화합물을 함유하는 용기,
(ii) 상기 화학식 II의 화합물을 환원제와 반응시켜서 제1항 및 제3항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 화학식 III의 화합물을 형성시키기 위한 수단, 및
(iii) 상기 화학식 III의 화합물을 [11C]C1-4알킬-LG1 또는 [18F]-C1-4플루오로알킬-LG2와 반응시켜서 화학식 I의 PET 트레이서를 수득하기 위한 수단이며, 여기서, LG1, LG2 및 상기 화학식 I의 PET 트레이서는 제1항에 정의된 바와 같은 것인 수단
을 포함하는, 제11항에 따른 방법을 수행하기 위한 카세트. - 제12항에 있어서,
(iv) 과량의 [11C]C1-4알킬-LG1 또는 [18F]-C1-4플루오로알킬-LG2를 제거하기 위한 이온-교환 카트리지
를 추가로 포함하는 카세트.
