Claims (5)
- 산을, 특히 질산 및 불화수소산을 용액으로부터 및/또는 이들 산의 금속염을 포함하는 용액으로부터 수득 또는 회수하기 위한 방법이며, 하기의 단계들, 즉
a) 건조 금속염 및 기체 산을 수득하게 위해 필요한 에너지가 기체 열전달 매체에 의해 도입되는, 상기 산의 분해 온도 미만의 온도에서 상기 용액들의 분무 건조 단계,
b) 단계 a)에서 형성된 기체 산의 흡수 단계,
c) 단계 a)에서 형성된 건조 금속염의 분리 단계,
경우에 따라서
d) 금속 산화물 및 기체 산을 수득하기 위해, 400-900℃의 범위 온도에서 단계 a)에서 수득한 건조 금속염의 하소 단계, 및
e) 단계 d)에서 형성된 기체 산의 흡수 단계
를 포함하는, 산의 수득 또는 회수 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 단계 a)에서 기체 열전달 매체의 온도가 180 내지 500℃, 바람직하게는 300 내지 400℃의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 산의 수득 또는 회수 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단계 a)에서 기체 열전달 매체가 공기인 것을 특징으로 하는 산의 수득 또는 회수 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 d)에서 온도가 500 내지 800℃, 바람직하게는 650 내지 750℃의 온도 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 산의 수득 또는 회수 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 b) 또는 e)에서 수득된 기체 산들의 흡수가 물속에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 산의 수득 또는 회수 방법.
