Claims (10)
- 터빈(10)의 엔진 구조물(30)의 케이싱(20) 상에서 보유를 위한 쉴드(15) 장착 방법으로서,
열-기계 하중 하에서 충분한 기계적 강도 및 진동 위치설정을 제공할 수 있도록 지점(82, 92)들 사이에서 유연한 결합을 이용하기 위하여 상기 지점들 사이에서 케이싱 및 쉴드의 곡률에 따라 케이싱(10)이 충분히 이격되고, 쉴드(15)의 지점(82, 92)들 간의 주변방향으로 배향된 접선방향 연결부를 통해 카터(20) 상에 쉴드(15)를 결합하는 단계로 구성되는 장착 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 진동 감쇠 단계는 케이싱(20)과 쉴드(15) 사이의 결합 단계와 함께 제공되는 장착 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 연결부(70)의 크기는 연결부에 가해지는 열-기계 하중에 따라 결정되는 장착 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 연결부(70)의 개수가 결정되고 연결부는 열-기계 전이로부터 야기되는 전달력을 최소화하도록 분포되는 장착 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 따르는 방법을 실시하기 위한, 터빈(10)의 엔진 구조물(30)의 쉴드(15) 및 케이싱(20) 조립체로서,
쉴드(15) 및 케이싱(20)을 위한 체결 지점(82, 92)을 포함하는 쉴드와 케이싱 사이의 연결 러그(70)를 포함하고, 체결 지점은 케이싱(20)과 쉴드(15)의 곡률에 따라 충분히 이격되어 연결부는 일 측면에서 러그(70)와 그 외의 다른 측면에서 쉴드(15) 또는 케이싱(20) 사이에서 체결 지점(92, 82)에 대해 실질적으로 접선방향이고, 러그(70)는 소정의 유연성이 제공되는 조립체. - 제2항에 따르는 방법을 실시하기 위한 전항에 따른 조립체로서, 진동을 감쇠하기 위한 스프링 블레이드(60, 62)는 케이싱(20)과 쉴드(15) 사이에서 링 구조로 제공되는 조립체.
- 전항에 있어서, 스프링 블레이드(60, 62)는 축방향으로 분할되는 조립체.
- 제5항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 케이싱(20) 상의 하나 이상의 체결 지점(82)과 쉴드(15) 상의 하나 이상의 체결 지점(92)은 러그(70) 마다 제공되는 조립체.
- 제5항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 케이싱(20)에 대한 러그(70)의 체결은 케이싱(20)의 스킨(91)에 용접된 보스 내의 나사(82)에 의해 수행되고, 나사(82)는 쉴드(15) 내에 형성된 개구(84) 내에서 이동되는 헤드(80)가 제공되는 조립체.
- 제5항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 쉴드(15)에 대한 러그(70)의 체결은 쉴드(15)를 가로지르는 리벳(92)에 의해 수행되는 조립체.
