Claims (20)
- 벤트를 구비한 복수의 배터리 셀;
복수의 개구부가 형성되고 상기 각 개구부의 둘레를 따라 연장된 실링 돌기부(protrusion seal)를 구비한 상기 배터리 셀 상부의 절연부재;
복수의 개구부가 형성되며 상기 절연부재 상부에 위치한 가압부재; 및
상기 절연부재와 가압부재를 덮는 커버를 포함하는 배터리 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 실링 돌기부는 이중 돌기인 배터리 모듈. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 절연부재의 이중 돌기는 제1돌기와 상기 제1돌기에 대하여 유동 가능한 제2돌기를 포함하는 배터리 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 실링 돌기부는 상기 적어도 하나의 배터리셀에 형성된 벤트의 둘레를 따라 연장된 배터리 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가압부재는 제1가압부재와 상기 제1가압부재로부터 단차지게 형성된 제2가압부재를 포함하는 배터리 모듈. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 커버는 상기 가압부재에 접촉하는 리브를 구비한 배터리 모듈. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 리브는 제1길이를 가진 한쌍의 제1리브와 상기 제1리브와 상이한 길이를 갖는 한쌍의 제2리브를 포함하는 배터리 모듈. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 한쌍의 제1리브는 상기 제1가압부재와 접촉되고 상기 한쌍의 제2리브는 상기 제2가압부재와 접촉되는 배터리 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가압부재는 연장된 고정돌기를 구비하는 배터리 모듈. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 커버는 상기 가압부재의 고정 돌기를 수용하는 고정홈을 구비하는 배터리 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가압부재상의 개구부 각각은 상기 절연부재 개구부와 각각 대응되도록 정렬되어 형성된 배터리 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가압부재는 상기 배터리셀을 향하여 돌출된 가압돌기를 포함하는 배터리 모듈. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 가압돌기는 상기 절연부재상에 실링 돌기부와 정렬된 배터리 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 커버는 벤트에서 배출된 가스가 유동되는 배기채널을 포함하는 배터리 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 실링 돌기부는 플렉시블 재료를 포함하는 배터리 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 실링 돌기부는 상기 절연부재와 일체로 형성된 배터리 모듈. - 벤트를 각각 구비한 복수의 베터리 셀;
복수의 개구부를 포함하고 상기 개구부의 각각의 둘레를 따라 연장된 실링 돌기부를 포함하는 가압부재; 및
상기 가압부재를 덮는 커버를 포함하는 배터리 모듈. - 제17항에 있어서,
상기 실링 돌기부는 이중 실링 돌기부인 배터리 모듈. - 제17항에 있어서,
상기 실링 돌기부는 상기 적어도 하나의 베터리 셀에 형성된 벤트의 둘레를 따라 연장된 배터리 모듈. - 제17항에 있어서,
상기 실링 돌기부는 플렉시블 재료를 포함하는 배터리 모듈.
