Claims (6)
- a) 열가소성 폴리아미드 수지 b) 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지 및 c) 에폭시 수지를 250~300℃에서 용융하여 블렌드를 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 블렌드 5 내지 95 중량%과 폴리에스테르 수지 95 내지 5 중량% 를 혼합방사하고, 연신하여 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1 에 있어서, 블렌드 25 내지 75 중량%과 폴리에스테르 수지 75 내지 25 중량%를 혼합방사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 폴리아미드 수지는 폴리아미드-6, 폴리아미드-66, 폴리아미드-610, 폴리아미드-11, 폴리아미드-12, 테레프탈산계 폴리아미드, 이소프탈산계 폴리아미드, 폴리아라미드 및 이들의 공중합체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 1 종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 수지는 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리부틸렌(테레프탈레이트/이소프탈레이트), 폴리부틸렌(테레프탈레이트/아디페이트), 폴리부틸렌(테레프탈레이트/세바케이트), 폴리부틸렌(테레프탈레이트/데칸디카르복시레이트), 폴리부틸렌나프탈레이트, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리에틸렌(테레프탈레이트/이소프탈레이트), 폴리에틸렌(테레프탈레이트/아디페이트), 폴리에틸렌(테레프탈레이트/5-나트륨술포이소프탈레이트), 폴리부틸렌(테레프탈레이트/5-나트륨술포이소프탈레이트), 폴리프로필렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트 및 폴리시클로헥산디메틸렌테레프탈레이트로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 1 종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 에폭시 수지는 DGEBA (diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A) 형 에폭시 수지, DGEBF (diglycidyl ether of bisphenol F) 형 에폭시 수지, 수소화된 BPA (hydrogenated bisphenol A) 형 에폭시 수지, 브롬화된 에폭시 수지, 고리환 지방족 에폭시 (cycloaliphatic epoxy) 수지, 고무로 개질된 에폭시 수지, 지방족 폴리글리시딜형 에폭시 수지 및 글리시딜 아민형 에폭시 수지로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 1 종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 5 중 어느 한 항으로 제조된 섬유.
