Claims (9)
- 발포성 가교 중합체의 제조 방법이며, 중합체가 (메트)아크릴산, (메트)아크릴로니트릴 및 몰 질량이 250 g/몰 이상인 디올의 (메트)아크릴산 디에스테르를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
(A) (메트)아크릴산 30 내지 70 중량%, (메트)아크릴로니트릴 30 내지 60 중량%, 다른 비닐계 불포화 단량체 0 내지 35 중량%,
(B) 몰 질량이 250 g/몰 이상인 디올의 (메트)아크릴산 디에스테르 0.01 내지 15 중량%,
(C) 발포제 0.01 내지 15 중량%,
(D) 다른 가교제 0 내지 10 중량%,
(E) 중합 개시제 0.01 내지 2.0 중량% 및
(F) 통상의 첨가제 0 내지 20 중량%
로 제조된 혼합물을 괴상 중합하여 시트를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포성 가교 중합체의 제조 방법. - 제2항에 있어서, 디올이 폴리에테르디올, 폴리에스테르디올, 올리고(메트)아크릴산 텔레켈릭 화합물 또는 폴리올레핀디올, 바람직하게는 폴리에테르디올인 것을 특징으로 하는 발포성 가교 중합체의 제조 방법.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
(A) (메트)아크릴산 30 내지 70 중량%, (메트)아크릴로니트릴 30 내지 60 중량%, 다른 비닐계 불포화 단량체 0 내지 30 중량%,
(B) 몰 질량이 250 내지 1500 g/몰인 디올의 (메트)아크릴산 디에스테르 0.01 내지 15 중량%,
(C) 발포제 0.01 내지 15 중량%,
(D) 다른 가교제 0.01 내지 10 중량%,
(E) 중합 개시제 0.01 내지 2.0 중량% 및
(F) 통상의 첨가제 0 내지 20 중량%
로 제조된 혼합물을 괴상 중합하여 시트를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포성 가교 중합체의 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 혼합물을 괴상 중합하여 시트를 제공하고, 임의로 열-컨디셔닝한 다음 150 내지 250℃의 온도에서 발포시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포성 가교 중합체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 중합체의 발포에 의해 수득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리(메트)아크릴이미드 발포체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 발포체의 파단 인장 변형율이 7.0% 초과, 특히 9.0% 초과인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리(메트)아크릴이미드 발포체.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 따른 폴리(메트)아크릴이미드 발포체의 층을 포함하는 적층체.
- 부분적으로 제6항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리(메트)아크릴이미드 발포체로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브, 확성기, 안테나, X선 테이블, 기계 부품, 자동차, 철도 차량, 선박, 항공기, 우주선.
