Claims (10)
- 복수의 전지가 직렬로 접속된 조전지(組電池)와,
각각의 상기 전지와 병렬로 접속되어 각각의 상기 전지의 방전을 행하는 방전 회로이며, 제1 저항과 방전용 스위치가 직렬로 접속된 방전 회로와,
상기 제1 저항을 통해서 각각의 상기 전지의 전압을 소정의 전압과 비교하는 비교기와,
상기 비교기에 의한 비교 결과에 의거해서 상기 방전용 스위치의 고장 진단을 행하는 진단 회로를 구비하는 전지 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 진단 회로는, 상기 방전용 스위치의 단속을 행했을 때의 상기 비교기에 의한 비교 결과에 의거해서 상기 제1 스위치의 고장 진단을 행하는 전지 시스템. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 진단 회로는, 상기 방전용 스위치의 단속을 행했을 때에 상기 비교기의 출력이 변화되지 않았을 경우에는 상기 방전용 스위치의 고장으로 진단하는 전지 시스템. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
각각의 상기 전지의 전압을 계측하는 전압 계측 회로를 구비하고,
상기 전지와 상기 방전 회로를 접속하는 배선의 적어도 일부와, 상기 전지와 상기 전압 계측 회로를 접속하는 배선의 적어도 일부를 공통화한 제1 공통부를 설치한 전지 시스템. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 전지와 상기 전압 계측 회로를 접속하는 배선의 적어도 일부와, 상기 방전 회로를 제어하기 위한 배선의 적어도 일부를 공통화한 제2 공통부를 설치한 전지 시스템. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 제1 공통부와 상기 제2 공통부 사이에 제2 저항을 설치한 전지 시스템. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 제1 저항과 상기 방전용 스위치 사이에 제3 저항을 설치하고, 상기 제1 저항과 상기 제3 저항의 접속점에 상기 비교기를 접속한 전지 시스템. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 제1 저항과 상기 제3 저항의 접속점으로부터 제4 저항을 통해서 상기 비교기를 접속한 전지 시스템. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 진단 회로는, 전지 시스템의 기동 시에 상기 방전용 스위치의 고장 진단을 행하는 전지 시스템. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 비교기의 상기 소정의 전압에, 상기 전지가 과방전 상태일 때의 전압을 설정하는 전지 시스템.
