Abstract
Description
도 1은 로드의 길이방향 축을 따른 상이한 단면들을 갖는 미리-휘어진 직사각형 로드들을 도시한다.
도 2는 로드들의 직선형의 2개의 미리-휘어진 길이방향 축들을 도시한다.
도 3은 로드 단면의 상이한 돌출 형상들의 상면도를 도시한다.
도 4는 가변 단면의 로드를 수용하기 위한 클램핑 요소들 및 상이한 나사 헤드들의 부분 길이방향 단면들을 도시한다.
도 5는 뼈 나사의 시트에 있는 클램핑 요소를 갖는 2개 버전의 로드의 부분 단면도를 도시한다.
도 6은 동일한 유형의 복수의 뼈 나사들에서 수용되는 로드 축을 따른 상이한 단면을 갖는 미리-휘어진 로드의 개략적인 도면을 도시한다.
Claims (14)
- 2개 이상의 뼈 나사들(6) 및 그 길이방향 축을 따라 변화되는 단면(2)을 갖는 적어도 하나의 세장형 연결 요소(1)를 포함하는 척추의 동적 안정화를 위한 척추 임플란트 세트로서,
상기 단면은 상기 뼈 나사들에서 삽입 방향으로 대향하는 후방측 및 전방측을 갖고 상기 단면의 변화는 실질적으로 상기 후방측 및 상기 전방측 사이의 거리의 변화에 의해서 이루어지는, 척추 임플란트 세트. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 길이방향 축에 따른 상기 세장형(elongated) 연결 요소의 단면의 변화는 연속되거나 또는 하나 이상의 계단형들로 형성되는, 척추 임플란트 세트. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 세장형 연결 요소(1)는 직선형이거나 또는 적어도 하나의 반경들(R; Rl, R2)으로 미리-휘어지는, 척추 임플란트 세트. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 세장형 연결 요소(1)의 가변 단면은 길이부의 일정 단면(hi)의 일부를 포함하므로, 상기 일부는 이식될 때 적어도 2개의 뼈 나사들(6) 내에 삽입될 수 있는, 척추 임플란트 세트. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 세장형 연결 요소의 전방측에는 둥근 돌출부(nose portion)가 제공되는, 척추 임플란트 세트. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 세장형 연결 요소의 둥근 돌출부(3,4,5)의 단면은 실질적으로 둥근 정점부(31)를 갖는 삼각형(3), 반-원(4) 또는 반-타원(5)으로 구성되는, 척추 임플란트 세트. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 뼈 나사들(6)의 시트 내에 삽입가능한 상이한 길이들의 클램핑 인서트들(clamping inserts) 및 상기 세장형 연결 요소를 위한 실질적으로 동일한 시트(7)를 구비하는 뼈 나사들을 포함하므로, 상기 클램핑 인서트들(9,10)은 상기 연결 요소의 상이한 높이들을 보상할 수 있는, 척추 임플란트 세트. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 뼈 나사들(6)의 시트 내에서 뼈 스레드(bone thread)를 향하여 배열될 상기 전방측은 직선 또는 곡선을 따라 연장되고 상기 단면 변화는 상기 후방측을 따라서 하나 이상의 계단형으로, 양호하게는 하나의 계단형(32)으로 배타적으로 이루어지는, 척추 임플란트 세트. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 세장형 연결 요소(1)의 일 단부에서 상기 단면이 감소되는, 척추 임플란트 세트. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 세장형 연결 요소(1)는 플라스틱 재료로 제조되는, 척추 임플란트 세트. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 플라스틱 재료는 폴리카보네이트-우레탄(polycarbonate-urethane;PCU)인, 척추 임플란트 세트. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 플라스틱 재료는 폴리에테르에테르케톤(polyetheretherketone;PEEK)의 집단인, 척추 임플란트 세트. - 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 세장형 연결 요소(1)는 뼈 나사에서 삽입 방향으로 연장되는 2개의 평면-평행한 측면들을 구비하는, 척추 임플란트 세트. - 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 세장형 연결 요소(1)는 적어도 2개의 뼈 나사들(6), 양호하게는 적어도 3개의 뼈 나사들의 시트들(7,8) 내에서 삽입되어서 그 내부에서 클램프되고, 상기 연결 요소의 상이한 단면들은 대응하게 변화되는 크기의 클램핑 요소들(9,10)을 사용하여 보상되고 상기 시트들 내에 삽입되는, 척추 임플란트 세트.
