도 2는, 본 발명의 제1 실시형태에 따른 유저장치(UE)에 의해 생성되는 '유저장치(UE)가 이산적인 주파수대역에서 상향링크 신호를 송신할 수 있는지 여부에 대해 나타내는 정보'의 일 예를 나타내는 도이다.
도 3은, 본 발명의 제1 실시형태에 따른 기지국장치(eNB)의 기능 블록도이다.

Claims (6)
- 이동통신시스템 내에서, 유저장치와 무선통신하는 기지국장치에 있어서,
상기 유저장치로부터, 할당된 불연속의 주파수대역에서 동시에 상향링크 신호를 송신하는 능력을 갖는지 여부에 대해 통지하는 제어신호를 수신하도록 구성되어 있는 수신부를 구비하고,
상기 제어신호는, 운용밴드마다 통지되도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기지국장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제어신호는, 할당된 불연속의 주파수대역에서 동시에 상향링크 데이터신호를 송신하는 능력을 갖는지 여부에 대해 통지하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기지국장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제어신호는, 할당된 불연속의 주파수대역에서 상향링크 데이터신호 및 상향링크 제어신호를 동시에 송신하는 능력을 갖는지 여부에 대해 통지하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기지국장치. - 이동통신시스템 내에서, 기지국장치와 무선통신하는 유저장치에 있어서,
상기 기지국장치에 대해, 할당된 불연속의 주파수대역에서 동시에 상향링크 신호를 송신하는 능력을 갖는지 여부에 대해 통지하는 제어신호를 송신하도록 구성되어 있는 송신부를 구비하고,
상기 제어신호는, 운용밴드마다 통지되도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유저장치. - 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 제어신호는, 할당된 불연속의 주파수대역에서 동시에 상향링크 데이터신호를 송신하는 능력을 갖는지 여부에 대해 통지하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유저장치. - 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 제어신호는, 할당된 불연속의 주파수대역에서 상향링크 데이터신호 및 상향링크 제어신호를 동시에 송신하는 능력을 갖는지 여부에 대해 통지하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유저장치.
