Claims (20)
- 췌장염을 치료하거나, 췌장 부종를 감소시키거나, 췌장의 상대 중량을 감소시키거나, 세엽세포(acinar cell)의 집단을 증가시키거나, 췌장염을 앓는 대상의 세엽세포의 괴사를 예방하는 방법으로서,
(i) 뼈 골수, 말초 혈액, 제대혈, 지방조직 샘플 또는 사이토카인-활성화된 말초 혈액의 생체 샘플을 수득하는 단계;
(ii) 상기 뼈 골수, 말초 혈액, 제대혈, 지방조직 샘플 또는 사이토카인-활성화된 말초 혈액의 생체 샘플을, 용기 내에 침전시키는 단계;
(iii) 상기 용기로부터 다른 세포에 비해 비교적 덜 밀집된 세포를 함유하는 상청액을 2회 이상 연속적인 방식으로 다른 용기에 전달하는 단계;
(iv) 상기 상청액으로부터의 덜 밀집된 세포를 격리시키는 단계;
(v) 단계(iv)에서 수득된 세포를 췌장염을 앓는 대상에게 투여하되, 여기서 상기 뼈 골수, 말초 혈액, 제대혈, 지방조직 샘플 또는 사이토카인-활성화된 말초 혈액은 단계 (i) 내지 (iii)에서 1,000 rpm 초과의 원심분리를 겪지 않은 단계
를 포함하는 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 세포의 샘플은 조직으로부터의 세포를 해리시키는 임의의 효소를 함유하지 않은 성장 배지와 혼합시키는 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 단계 (ii) 및 (iii)를 3회 이상 실시하는 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 상청액으로부터의 격리된 세포를 용기 내에서 확장시키는 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 용기가 평탄한 바닥을 갖는 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 용기가 세포 접착제로 코팅되어 있는 방법. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 세포 접착제가 임의의 하전된 아미노산의 중합체를 포함하는 방법. - 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 세포 접착제가 콜라겐, 폴리리신, 폴리아르기닌, 폴리아스파테이트, 폴리글루타메이트 또는 이들의 조합인 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 세포의 샘플을 뼈 골수로부터 수득하는 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
다중계통 줄기세포 또는 전구세포의 단일 콜로니를 격리시키는 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 세포의 생체 샘플을 임의의 원심분리를 겪기 전에 수득하는 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,

상기 세포의 생체 샘플의 원심분리를 배제하는 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
세포의 특이적 항체 검출을 사용하지 않는 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
