도 2는 본 발명에 따른 자동 누유감지장치의 변위센서를 나타내는 측단면도이다.

Claims (6)
- 유류 저장탱크에 설치되어 유류의 수위를 계측하여 누유량을 산정하는 자동 누유감지장치에 있어서,
상기 유류저장탱크에 수직방향으로 배치되는 변위센서; 및,
상기 변위센서에 연결되어 측정 유량을 모니터링하는 인디게이터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 누유감지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 변위센서는,
전류 펄스를 송신하는 동시에 전류 펄스에 의해 발생된 초음파를 수신하는 제어몸체부;
전류 펄스에 의해 원주방향으로 자기장이 생성되고, 영구자석에 의해 축방향의 자기장이 생성되어 합성 자기장을 유도하고, 상기 합성 자기장이 초음파로 전파되는 자왜선부; 및,
상기 자왜선부를 따라 위치가 가변 가능하도록 설치되며, 상기 전류 펄스에 대한 반사파를 상기 제어몸체부로 송신하기 위한 영구자석으로 이루어진 마그넷부를 포함하되,
상기 자왜선부를 따라 전파되는 상기 초음파에 대한 전파 시간의 측정을 통해 유류의 수위를 산정하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 누유감지장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제어몸체부는 유류 저장탱크의 외부에 설치되고,
상기 자왜선부는 상기 유류 저장탱크의 내부에 설치되어 계측하고자 하는 유류에 수용되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 누유감지장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 마그넷부는 내부에 영구자석이 수용되어 유류의 부력에 의해 위치 변동이 가능한 플로트로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 누유감지장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 인디케이터는 상기 제어몸체부와 전원선에 의해 전기적으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 누유감지장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 인디게이터는 누유의 검출됨을 외부에 알리는 경보장치를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 누유감지장치.
