Claims (6)
- 변속레버의 변속 조작력을 변속기에 전달하며, 컨트롤 하우징에 회전 및 직선 이동이 가능하게 장착되는 컨트롤 샤프트를 포함하는 수동변속기용 변속 조작장치에 있어서,
상기 컨트롤 샤프트 상에 장착되어 셀렉트 조작과 시프트 조작에 따라 상기 컨트롤 샤프트와 함께 회전 및 축방향으로 직선운동을 하며, 일면과 타면에 각각 시프트 그루브와 셀렉트 그루브가 일체로 형성되는 컨트롤 바디; 및
시프팅 조작에 의해 회전된 상기 컨트롤 바디를 회전방향으로 지지하도록 상기 컨트롤 바디에 대응하여 상기 컨트롤 하우징의 내부를 향하여 일체로 돌출 형성되는 스토퍼;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동변속기용 변속 조작장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 컨트롤 바디는
상기 시프트 그르부가 형성되는 일면 양측에 각각 지지돌기가 일체로 연장 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동변속기용 변속 조작장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 스토퍼는
상기 각 지지돌기에 대응하여 내측에 지지부가 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동변속기용 변속 조작장치. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 각 지지부는
소정각도로 경사진 경사면으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동변속기용 변속 조작장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 스토퍼는
상기 각 지지돌기에 대응하여 한 쌍으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동변속기용 변속 조작장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 시프트 그루브와 셀렉트 그루브는
변속 조작 시, 상기 스토퍼에 장착되는 디텐트 기구와 각각 접촉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동변속기용 변속 조작장치.
