Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 아연, 알루미늄 또는 마그네슘 및 이 금속들의 합금들의 표면 상에 방식층을 형성하는 방법으로서, 상기 방법은,
ⅰ) 전술한 금속 또는 금속 합금의 표면을,
크롬 (Ⅲ) 이온,
표면 금속 또는 표면 금속 합금으로부터 선택된 금속 이온, 및
카르복시산, 폴리카르복시산, 히드록시카르복시산, 아미노카르복시산, 알코올, 아민 및 에테르로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 착화제를 포함하는 용액과 접촉시키는 단계로서, 처리 용액은 1.0 ~ 4.0 의 pH 를 가지는 단계,
ⅱ) 그런 다음, 전술한 금속들의 표면을,
크롬 (Ⅲ) 이온,
표면 금속 또는 표면 금속 합금으로부터 선택된 금속 이온, 및
카르복시산, 폴리카르복시산, 히드록시카르복시산, 아미노카르복시산, 알코올, 아민 및 에테르로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 착화제를 포함하는 용액과 직접 접촉시키는 단계로서, 처리 용액은 3.0 ~ 12.0 의 pH 를 가지는 단계를 포함하는, 방식층을 형성하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
2 개의 상기 처리 용액 각각은 0.5 ~ 200 g/l 의 착화제를 포함하는, 방식층을 형성하는 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
양자의 상기 처리 용액은 적어도 하나의 수용성 코발트 화합물을 포함하는, 방식층을 형성하는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
2 개의 상기 처리 용액 각각은 오르토인산, 폴리인산, 메타 인산, 이들 산의 염, 최대 12 개의 탄소 원자들을 갖는 유기 라디칼들을 가지는 이들 산의 에스테르 및 이들 화합물의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 인산 화합물을 포함하는, 방식층을 형성하는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
양자의 상기 처리 용액은 각각의 경우에 0.001 ~ 10 g/l 의 양으로 플루오르화 이온을 포함하는, 방식층을 형성하는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
양자의 상기 처리 용액은 각각의 경우에 0.1 ~ 10 g/l 의 양으로 염화 이온을 포함하는, 방식층을 형성하는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 단계 1 의 처리 용액은 10 ~ 50 ℃ 의 온도를 갖는, 방식층을 형성하는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 단계 2 의 처리 용액은 10 ~ 80 ℃ 의 온도를 갖는, 방식층을 형성하는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
양자의 상기 단계에서 처리 용액의 처리 시간은 10 ~ 600s 의 범위에 있는. 방식층을 형성하는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
2 개의 상기 처리 용액 각각에 0.5 ~ 10 g/l 의 양으로 가용성 크롬 (Ⅲ) 이온이 첨가되는, 방식층을 형성하는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
처리될 기판이 최종 헹굼 단계 없이 상기 2 개의 처리 용액과의 접촉 후에 바로 건조되는, 방식층을 형성하는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
부동태화액 내의 음극으로서의 기판을 연결함으로써 상기 단계 1 의 부동태화 처리가 촉진되는, 방식층을 형성하는 방법. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
기판 상의 음극 전류 밀도가 0.05 ~ 10 A/dm2 의 범위에 있는, 방식층을 형성하는 방법.
