Claims (7)
- 복합 부직포; 및
상기 복합 부직포 내에 함침되어 있는 고분자 탄성체를 포함하되,
상기 복합 부직포는,
0.001 내지 0.3 데니어의 섬도를 갖는 제1 단섬유들을 포함하며, 0.15 내지 0.35 g/cm3의 겉보기 밀도를 갖는 극세사 부직포; 및
10 내지 6 데니어의 섬도를 갖는 제2 단섬유들을 포함하며, 0.25 내지 0.45 g/cm3의 겉보기 밀도를 갖는 보강용 부직포를 포함하고,
상기 극세사 부직포 및 상기 보강용 부직포는 교락되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공피혁. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 극세사 부직포의 겉보기 밀도가 상기 보강용 부직포의 겉보기 밀도보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 인공피혁. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 극세사 부직포는 상기 인공피혁이 소정 제품에 적용될 때 외부에 노출되는 표면층을 형성하고,
상기 보강용 부직포는 상기 인공피혁이 상기 제품에 적용될 때 상기 제품에 부착되는 이면층을 형성하고,
상기 보강용 부직포의 상기 제2 단섬유가 상기 표면층을 통과하여 돌출되어 있지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 인공피혁. - 해도형 단섬유들로 제1 부직포를 형성하는 단계;
10% 이상의 비수수축률을 갖는 고수축성 단섬유들로 제2 부직포를 형성하는 단계;
상기 제1 및 제2 부직포들을 교락시키는 단계;
교락된 상기 제1 및 제2 부직포들을 수축시키는 단계;
상기 수축된 제1 및 제2 부직포들 내에 고분자 탄성체를 함침시키는 단계; 및
제1 부직포의 해도형 단섬유들로부터 해성분을 용출시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공피혁의 제조방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 고수축성 단섬유들은 고수축성 폴리에스테르 단섬유들인 것을 특징으으로 하는 인공피혁의 제조방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 수축 단계 후에, 상기 제2 부직포는 0.25 내지 0.45 g/cm3의 겉보기 밀도를 갖게 되고,
상기 용출 단계 후에, 상기 제1 부직포의 겉보기 밀도가 상기 제2 부직포의 겉보기 밀도보다 작게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공피혁의 제조방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 제1 및 제2 부직포들을 교락시키는 단계는 니들펀칭에 의해 수행되고,
상기 니들펀칭은 상기 제1 부직포로부터 상기 제2 부직포로의 방향의 스트로크만에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공피혁의 제조방법.
