도 3은 제 2 실시형태에 따른 증기 발생기의 관대와 보호단부의 사이 또는 수실과 칸막이판의 사이에서의 이음매 용접의 용접 구조의 개략 구성도이다.

Claims (10)
- 저합금강으로 이루어지는 제 1 모재에 용접층이 형성되어 이루어지는 용접 구조로서,
상기 용접층은,
상기 저합금강보다도 탄소량이 적은 저탄소의 저합금강 또는 탄소강으로 이루어지고, 상기 제 1 모재에 적층된 제 1 육성(肉盛)층과,
니켈기 합금 또는 스테인레스강으로 이루어지고, 상기 제 1 육성층에 적층된 제 2 육성층을 구비하는 용접 구조. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 용접층은,
상기 제 2 육성층보다도 니켈량이 적고, 또한 상기 제 2 육성층보다도 크로뮴량이 많은 니켈기 합금으로 이루어지며, 상기 제 2 육성층에 적층된 제 3 육성층을 추가로 구비하는 용접 구조. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 용접층은,
상기 제 3 육성층과 같은 니켈기 합금 또는 스테인레스강으로 이루어짐과 함께, 상기 제 3 육성층과 스테인레스강 또는 니켈기 합금으로 이루어지는 제 2 모재를 이음매 용접하는 이음매 용접층을 추가로 구비하는 용접 구조. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 저탄소의 저합금강 또는 탄소강의 탄소 함유량이 0.1% 이하인 용접 구조. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 육성층을 구성하는 니켈기 합금이 600계 니켈기 합금이며,
상기 제 3 육성층을 구성하는 니켈기 합금이 690계 니켈기 합금인 용접 구조. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 육성층을 구성하는 니켈기 합금이 600계 니켈기 합금이며,
상기 제 3 육성층을 구성하는 스테인레스강이 타입 308계 또는 타입 308L계 스테인레스강인 용접 구조. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 육성층을 구성하는 상기 저탄소의 저합금강 또는 탄소강에, 바나듐 또는 니오븀이 첨가되어 있는 용접 구조. - 저합금강으로 이루어지는 제 1 모재에 용접층을 형성하는 용접 공법으로서,
상기 제 1 모재에 대하여, 상기 저합금강보다도 탄소량이 적은 저합금강 또는 탄소강에 의한 육성 용접을 실시함으로써 제 1 육성층을 형성하는 제 1 용접 공정과,
상기 제 1 육성층에 대하여, 니켈기 합금 또는 오스테나이트계 스테인레스강에 의한 육성 용접을 실시함으로써 제 2 육성층을 형성하는 제 2 용접 공정과,
상기 제 1 용접 공정에 의해 생성된 상기 제 1 모재의 열 영향부에 대하여 용접 후에 열 처리를 실시하는 열 처리 공정을 구비하는 용접 공법. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
제 2 육성층에, 상기 제 2 육성층보다도 니켈량이 적고, 또한 상기 제 2 육성층보다도 크로뮴량이 많은 니켈기 합금 또는 스테인레스강을 제 3 육성층으로 하여 육성 용접하는 제 3 용접 공정을 추가로 구비하고, 상기 제 3 용접 공정은 상기 제 2 용접 공정 후, 상기 열 처리 공정 전에 실시되는 용접 공법. - 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 제 3 육성층과 스테인레스강 또는 니켈기 합금으로 이루어지는 제 2 모재를, 니켈기 합금 또는 스테인레스강에 의한 이음매 용접을 실시함으로써 이음매 용접층을 형성하는 제 4 용접 공정을 추가로 구비하고, 상기 제 4 용접 공정은 상기 열 처리 공정 후에 실시되는 용접 공법.
