Claims (5)
- 자동차의 연료탱크 내 유량이 얼마나 남아 있는지를 시각적으로 표시할 수 있도록 하는 유량게이지에 있어서,
상기 연료탱크 내부의 일측에 설치되어지되 내튜브와 외튜브의 이중구조로 이루어진 스테인리스 재질의 강관튜브;
상기 강관튜브의 내튜브와 외튜브 사이의 내튜브 외주면 상에 감겨지되 차량의 배터리로부터 전원의 공급이 이루어지는 코일선;
상기 강관튜브의 내튜브 중심부에 상하 이동 가능하게 설치되어 유면의 높이에 따라 상하로 유동되는 플로우트;
상기 플로우트 내부에 인서트되어 플로우트의 상하 유동에 따라 상기 코일선과의 사이에 형성되는 자장에 의한 저항값의 변화에 따라 잔존유량의 측정이 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 마그네트; 및
상기 강관튜브의 내튜브 하단부 내측에 설치되어 상기 플로우트의 하향 이동을 제한하는 스톱퍼를 포함한 구성으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 포텐셔미터를 이용한 유량게이지. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 강관튜브를 상기 연료탱크에 고정시키는 강관튜브 고정수단이 더 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 포텐셔미터를 이용한 유량게이지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 강관튜브 고정수단은 상기 강관튜브의 외튜브 상단면 외주면 상에 형성되어지되 강관튜브의 외튜브 외경에 비해 더 크게 형성되는 플랜지;
상기 강관튜브의 외튜브 상단면에 길이방향으로 일정길이 형성되어지되 외주면에는 나사산이 형성된 고정나사부; 및
상기 고정나사부에 대응하여 형성되어지되 상기 연료탱크를 내부에서 외부로 관통한 상기 고정나사부에 체결되는 고정너트의 구성으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 포텐셔미터를 이용한 유량게이지. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 강관튜브의 내튜브와 외튜브 사이의 내튜브 외주면 상에 감겨지는 상기 코일선의 감김수는 400회 감기는 것을 특징으로 하는 포텐셔미터를 이용한 유량게이지.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 마그네트의 자기력선속(磁氣力線束) 밀도는 2,500∼3,500 가우스인 것을 특징으로 하는 포텐셔미터를 이용한 유량게이지.
