Abstract
기판상에 양극, 복수의 유기층 및 음극이 적층되어 이루어지는 유기 전계 발광 소자에 있어서, 발광층, 정공 수송층 및 전자 저지층으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 층에 일반식(1)로 표시되는 카르바졸 화합물을 함유시킨다.
(여기서, L은 m가의 방향족 탄화수소기 또는 방향족 복소환기이고, R은 수소, 알킬기 또는 시클로알킬기이며, m은 1~3의 정수이고, n은 1~4의 정수인데, 적어도 하나의 n은 2~4의 정수이고, 식 중에 적어도 하나의 식(1a)로 표시되는 결합 구조를 가진다.)

Claims (7)
- 기판 상에 양극, 복수의 유기층 및 음극이 적층되어 이루어지는 유기 전계 발광 소자에 있어서, 발광층, 정공 수송층 및 전자 저지층으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 층에 일반식(1)로 표시되는 카르바졸 화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
여기서, L은 m가의 총 탄소수 6~30의 방향족 탄화수소기 또는 총 탄소수 3~30의 방향족 복소환기인데, 카르바졸환 함유기인 경우는 없다. R은 각각 독립하여 수소, 탄소수 1~10의 알킬기 또는 탄소수 3~11의 시클로알킬기이다. m은 1~3의 정수이고, n은 각각 독립하여 1~4의 정수인데, 적어도 1개의 n은 2~4의 정수이며, 식 중에 적어도 1개의 식(1a)로 표시되는 결합 구조를 가진다.
여기서, R은 일반식(1)과 같은 의미이다. - 제1항에 있어서,
일반식(1)에서 m은 1~2의 정수이고, n은 각각 독립하여 1~3의 정수이며, 적어도 1개의 n은 2~3의 정수인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자. - 제4항에 있어서,
일반식(1)에서 L이 식(2)~(4) 중 어느 하나로부터 m개의 수소를 제거하여 생기는 m가의 기인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자. - 제1항에 있어서,
일반식(1)에서 n의 총 합이 2~6의 정수인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
카르바졸 화합물을 포함하는 유기층이, 인광 발광 도펀트를 함유하는 발광층인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
