도 3의 (A)는, 도 2에 나타낸 상기 공기 조화기용 열교환기를 방향 D1에서 본 좌측면도이며, (B)는, 도 2에 나타낸 상기 공기 조화기용 열교환기를 방향 D2에서 본 우측면도이다.
도 4의 (A), (B)는, 상기 공기 조화기용 열교환기를 나타내는 좌측면도이며, (A)는 증발기로서 사용되는 경우에 있어서의 냉매가 흐르는 경로를 나타내고 있으며, (B)는 응축기로서 사용되는 경우에 있어서의 냉매가 흐르는 경로를 나타내고 있다.
도 5의 (A)는, 도 4(A)에 나타낸 상기 공기 조화기용 열교환기에 있어서의 복수의 패스 중 하나를 확대한 측면도이며, (B)는, 도 4(B)에 나타낸 상기 공기 조화기용 열교환기에 있어서의 복수의 패스 중 하나를 확대한 측면도이다.
도 6의 (A)는, 상기 공기 조화기용 열교환기가 증발기로서 사용되는 경우에 있어서의 공기의 온도와 냉매의 온도의 관계를 나타내는 그래프이며, (B)는, 도 11(A)에 나타낸 종래의 열교환기가 증발기로서 사용되는 경우에 있어서의 공기의 온도와 냉매의 온도의 관계를 나타내는 그래프이다.

Claims (4)
- 난방 운전과 냉방 운전의 전환이 가능한 공기 조화기에 이용되는 크로스 핀 튜브식 열교환기로서,
복수의 핀(13)과,
상기 복수의 핀(13)을 관통하는 복수의 전열관(15)을 구비하고,
상기 열교환기는, 전열관(15)의 관열(L)이 기류 방향(A)을 따라서 3열 이상 설치된 열 구성을 갖고,
상기 열교환기는, 냉매 경로로서 복수의 패스(P)를 갖고,
상기 복수의 패스(P) 중 적어도 하나는, 응축기로서 사용되는 경우와 증발기로서 사용되는 경우의 양방에 있어서, 냉매가 상기 열 구성에 있어서의 어느 하나의 관열(L)의 전열관(15)으로부터 이 관열(L)보다도 상기 기류 방향(A)의 하류측의 관열(L)의 전열관(15)으로 흐르는 병행류부(R1)와, 냉매가 상기 열 구성에 있어서의 어느 하나의 관열(L)의 전열관(15)으로부터 이 관열(L)보다도 상기 기류 방향(A)의 상류측의 관열(L)의 전열관(15)으로 흐르는 대향류부(R2)가 함께 존재하는 공존 패스(P)인, 공기 조화기용 열교환기. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 공존 패스(P)는,
응축기로서 사용되는 경우에 있어서, 상기 기류 방향(A)의 최상류의 관열(L)의 전열관(15)으로부터 냉매가 유출되고,
증발기로서 사용되는 경우에 있어서, 상기 기류 방향(A)의 최하류의 관열(L)보다도 상류측의 관열(L)의 전열관(15)으로부터 냉매가 유출되는, 공기 조화기용 열교환기. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 열 구성은, 상기 기류 방향(A)의 최상류에 위치하는 풍상(風上) 관열(L1)과, 상기 기류 방향(A)의 최하류에 위치하는 풍하(風下) 관열(L3)과, 상기 풍상 관열(L1)과 상기 풍하 관열(L3) 사이에 위치하는 중간 관열(L2)을 갖고,
상기 공존 패스(P)는,
응축기로서 사용되는 경우에 있어서 냉매가 상기 중간 관열(L2)의 전열관(15b)으로부터 상기 풍하 관열(L3)의 전열관(15c)으로 흐르는 병행류부(R1)와, 응축기로서 사용되는 경우에 있어서 냉매가 상기 풍하 관열(L3)의 전열관(15c)으로부터 상기 풍상 관열(L1)의 전열관(15a)으로 흐르는 대향류부(R2)를 갖고,
증발기로서 사용되는 경우에 있어서 냉매가 상기 풍상 관열(L1)의 전열관(15a)으로부터 상기 풍하 관열(L3)의 전열관(15c)으로 흐르는 병행류부(R1)와, 증발기로서 사용되는 경우에 있어서 냉매가 상기 풍하 관열(L3)의 전열관(15c)으로부터 상기 중간 관열(L2)의 전열관(15b)으로 흐르는 대향류부(R2)를 갖고,
상기 공존 패스(P)는, 증발기로서 사용되는 경우에 있어서 냉매가 상기 중간 관열(L2)의 전열관(15b)으로부터 유출되는 중간 유출 패스(P)인, 공기 조화기용 열교환기. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 패스(P)에는, 증발기로서 사용될 때 냉매가 상기 풍하 관열(L3)의 전열관(15c)으로부터 유출되는 풍하 유출 패스(P)보다도 상기 공존 패스(P)가 많이 포함되어 있는, 공기 조화기용 열교환기.
